Great place. Sad thing is, when it was the Sugar Shake Bakery, we used to go there in the evening after work, sit outside and enjoy a coffee and snack. The hanging baskets were also a nice touch.Hopefully you can staff it so it stays open until 8pm like it used to do.

This is a real bakery. You know those chewy peanut butter cookies that mom/grandma used to make? The ones with real butter, sugar and a fork print in the top? They have them here, and they taste just like grandma's. Unlike its predecessors, you can tell that Mabel and Marie's actually bake their goods from scratch. Everything tastes real and fresh. The cases have less variety than a chain bakery, but the quality is 10x better. Highly recommend you stop in for a cookie!

Great spot... had a delicious, ham & cheese sandwich ...bread was so soft..veggies were fresh...delicious! Also had an excellent dirty chai...a giant cookie. Also enjoyed the Magic Square and a samosa to go...all very good! All that and happy, friendly service will bring me back again!

Mabel and Marie's is wonderful. I ordered several items for party including tiramasu cake, chocolate torte, croissants, banana bread and a lemon loaf. It was all absolutely delicious and got rave reviews from our guests. Order today, you'll not be disappointed!

Fresh and delicious baked goods, and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the cranberry white chocolate cookies. Would recommend stopping in here for a treat if you’re in Bragg Creek!
