We have used Microforum on several occasions to replicate CDs. Although our orders were fairly small we were helped every step of the way in a patient, helpful and timely manner by all personnel. This is why we have continued to return with our projects. Most recently, thinking there was a glitch — which ended up being on our end, we were guided with patience and reassurance that things would get sorted out by an impending deadline. Personnel took the time to review files and to communicate with us and we were able to resolve the issue. We are happy with the final product, but more importantly we are impressed by the kindness of every employee that dealt with us. Thank you Barbara, John and Irene and all involved.

Had a good experience with Microforum during the printing and manufacturing of BluRay discs for a feature film. There was a print issue initially that was rectified. They have a large facility also manufacture vinyl, cassette, etc which is wonderful. I'd be happy to continue my business here!

Bruce was awesome but dealing with Jose cost us as she would not get things going and kept saying needed approval when sent , and not giving amounts to pay when requested,resulting in our product being delayed in coming and missing the CD release event.She did apologize and product is finally being shipped.

What a great experience! Knowledgeable, responsive, and terrific to work with! Had a minor issue, they fixed it free of charge and re-shipped it in record time. A++++!

Choirz had the pleasure of working with Microforum on our debut EP vinyl release and we could not be happier with the final look, feel and sound. We really appreciated the time and care spent on us despite our small first run of vinyl. We were impressed with the professionalism of Siobhan, Noble and Edan as they tirelessly worked with us to solve a small glitch on the first batch of test copies and they were able to keep to their projected timeline for completion despite these initial issues. We will without a doubt return to Microforum for our future orders as they were easy to work with from start to finish!

What a pleasure working with Siobhan from start to finish. she guides me through the steps to get this 12 inch record ready for acetate, through to test-press and the final artwork. Using some of the proven sound/science getting wav. file optimal for pressing a record helped. The print job on the record looks perfect, exactly like the proofs. The vinyl sounds great.

Just received my jewel case CD order. I am extremely happy with the fast service and straightforward results. I had selected another factory before finding Microforum, but they kept me waiting for 4 months with extremely bad communication.So, I gave up, and started searching for another manufacturer. Microforum got my attention, and boy am I glad I sent them a message. The prices were fair even when the quantity was low for replication, and everything went smoothly. The booklet print was also satisfactory with proper handling.I am producing albums for over two decades, worked with many labels and factories in Japan, Germany, Turkey, United States (and now in Canada); from Musea to EMI to AFM Records. Proper service matters to me, and I will work with Microforum in the future as well.Thank you.
