I needed some warranty work completed. They were very helpful and friendly. They even replaced another part that I had not requested to be repaired. They went above and beyond to make my product like new.

I bought a Dura flip tonneau cover for my truck and I bought it from an online supplier and I've had nothing but issues with formtech trying to honor the warranty. I had the hinge get damaged and wanted to replace it, it was within the 2 year warranty period and I've been given the work around from the company and the employee Hue. I've spoken to multiple employees who keep telling me they are looking into it blah blah. At this point I've given up on Formtech honoring the warranty. Buyers beware!
