Front desk people are extremely unprofessional, verbally abuses and belittles patients with mental health issues. Overshadow much of the good parts about the clinic. No way to file formal complaints either so your left to take abuse or suffer in silence without a doctor. If I could rate zero stars I would.

One time I came here and I had this big lump on my neck and it was about to blow up. I didn’t know what it was it had been there forever and it just kept growing. It had begun to hurt so I thought I better do something good for myself and I took the time to come in and get it checked out. I had my two small babies with me my four-year-old and my five-year-old and the doctor and the staff here were top-notch they let my kids sit out in the waiting room while they took me back and did a little surgery cut that thing out and it’s never come back. Five stars for this clinic I think they handled it great. Thank you.

Do not bother booking for the walk in clinic, first I called at 4:30 and I get an attitude from the receptionist saying for you have to call back 4:45pm if you never been to this clinic or don't have a family doctor here. People who call during the day who have been there get first priority. Then I call back and they tell me they have no spots open. What is the point of having a walk-in for only 3-4 patients? They need to really evaluate what they need to do with their after hours clinic, bring another doctor or don't bother have a walk in at all.

Our regular physician at a different clinic was unavailable so we called this clinic and set up a walk-in appointment for my 13 month old daughter on a Sunday morning. The receptionist, nurse and physician were all so kind and helpful. Dr. Fong was very friendly; he explained what my daughter had and explained what medication he was prescribing and what it would do to heal my daughter's ailment. We had a very good experience with this clinic. Thank you :)

I've been a patient here for almost 30 years and have never found anyone to be rude or have I ever waited an unreasonable amount of time. the lab upstairs is amazing , no other lab in the city compares. I think all the negative reviews are from people that are upset to begin with or just a bit self entitled.

Been going to this clinic for 35 years. I have a great family doctor here. Just did a walk in and had the worst experience with one of the doctors. Instead of working with me and exploring options Dr. Fong became combative and treated me like a prescription junkie.I will be filing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan.

This clinic is very professionally run. It is organized and efficient. I found it to be a very clean and safe environment especially important during these unprecedented times. They are staying current with pandemic protocols as they are ever changing. I found the receptionists very polite and efficient. The doctors and nurses are alloutstanding!!The lab runs so smoothly. So nice to make an appointment and not have to wait a long time.It is run very efficiently and safely. Everyone is so friendly and good at their jobs especially Geraldine. She goes above and beyond and is so good at taking blood even on us “difficult pokes”. Keep up the good work Victoria East Medical Clinic.

Dr. Mary provided excellent care & was very thorough. Office staff were welcoming and very professional.

Don’t actually go to the clinic if you’re a walk-in. You have to call the office and get a “spot”. Then a nurse will call you at a later time to triage you and give you a time to come back. Whole process has taken 2 hours (got here at 9:15, didn’t know I had to call for a spot and didn’t know how long the process would take so I stuck around the area), told to come back at 11:15 and it’s now 11:30 and no spot available yet. It’s been a tiring experience, especially having a baby and not know what this whole process would be!
