Only been once but I'd go again. Price to hem pants is reasonable and the service was pleasant and polite, it's clear they are busy and I wasn't in a rush so agreed to wait a week before picking up my pants. Work done is impeccable and I'm pleased. No complaints here! Thanks for the service!

Ladies were very busy, as a walk in they had my suit coat pocket sewed up and ready within 15 minutes. Amazing service, amazing price of $5 for the sew. Would highly recommend!

Very bad experience GPS sent me here and customer service with tailor is the worst no patience thank God for the young lady who worked there she made it better but the tailor has no patience and and left me there standing trying to explain! and she just went back to her desk talking to herself in language she didn't even want to hear me out on how I wanted to have my dress altered .I would not recommend this place unless the young lady/ receptionist is the new tailor!!!

They replaced my zipper on my jacket over year ago and it recently started to come out at the bottom. I took it in without a receipt or anything and they stopped what they were doing to fix it for me and had it done in 2 minutes, no charge! Thanks!

I went to T and T Tailors to have 3 pants hemmed. The lady put pins where the pants were to be hemmed on all 3 pants. Shortly afterwards, noticing that the pants seemed quite long, I asked her to have the pants hemmed shorter than what she had marked. The lady proceeded to repin only one of the pants and said there was no need to repin the other two - she said she'd use the one she repined as a guide and hem them all at that same length. One week later, after picking up the tailored pants, I find out that she never made the others shorter, so I ended up with 2 pants that were too long.On the same visit, I also had them take in one pair of pants at the waist. They tailored it extremely loose. It was a few sizes too large even AFTER tailoring.I went back to them about 2 weeks later. I mentioned that the pair of pants that was taken in at the waist was still very loose. I didn't even get to mention that they messed up 2 of the hems before she told me I waited too long to come back and I would therefore have to pay a second time if I wanted further adjustments done.Every one of these were errors on their part and they want to charge me to correct the problems. I've unfortunately had to pay a different tailor to do the exact same work just to make sure it was done right.

Even though the tailor made a mistake and did not finish the alteration by the due date, she genuinely apologized and had it done by the following morning. She did a fantastic job on the alteration I asked for and was friendly and courteous when I picked up my item. I would go there again. It may help to call to make sure your item is ready before pick up - which is what I did before my second visit.

I called in advance asking for the sleeves of my suit jacket and pants shortened. I told her I needed it back in 5 days. She said no problem and asked me to come in immediately. I went straight over and she pinned up everything. I asked her how she was going to deal with the buttons and buttonhole stitching on the sleeves. She then proceeded to tell me that I was asking too many questions and that she didn’t want my business. Horrible service.

Service was bad. The lady didn’t even bother trying to fix my dress. Told her exactly what I needed done and she tries to do something completely diff. Then later told me the alterations won’t be possible, which is stupid because some other place in Gatineau got it done perfectly.Never going there again.

Good hours, good work, maybe a bit pricey. But I've almost never paid another tailor, so I don't know how it compares. Lovely Vietnamese ladies.
