AVOID THIS CLINIC/DOCTOR. If I could give no stars I would. Rude, short, no concept of time. Why make appointments when patients wait an hour for literally nothing. Had a 9:15am appt, got in at 10am, he then spent 15 mins telling me to make another appointment while expecting me to have my own results. I'm not a doctor. You are. You follow up with patients family doctors. Also the first time I saw him he was 40 mins late getting a donut from the cafeteria. Avoid this clinic and doctor. Get a different referral.

1 star to the front office for the mismanagement. A few things that can help -1. Inform people what they are supposed to do. Should they just stand in the line outside or come inside and give their health card on arrival .2. Please do not book so many people at the same time as it’s really hard to maintain distancing in the aisle outside the clinic.3. Please let people inside in the order they have arrived and their appointment time.4. Please do not just tell people that they are next and to stand in line outside if that’s not the case. Wrong information doesn’t help and creates confusion. Today I saw a girl stand in line for so long and was not attended to for so so long while other people arriving way after her were let inside.In summary, please have a process in place to deal with patients. All patients want to cooperate and want to work with you but you need to inform them with the right information.The doctor and his assistants are amazing and the only reason I decide to go thru this ordeal each time.

Sympathetic and calm nature of the doctor, helps patient to disclose their problem more openly. We are appreciated their service he provide to us.he is polite and listens to the issues before giving any genuine advise. I am a Fan!

You were so comforting throughout my pregnancy, i didn't feel scared on the final day. Thank you for preparing me so well. I had heard nice things about you before I decided to visit. I'm glad I came to you and now I know, all your praises are true. I hope words reflect my gratitude sincerely. I would like to add your team and staff are very efficient and experts at what they do.

I had very good experience with Dr Shiraz Suleman. The staff is also very friendly and polite.Thank you for the care during the pregnancy and delivery, and bringing our angel safely to the world. Highly recommended

Dr Suleman is an amazing doctor. But his staff is the WORST STAFF in the world. Especially Mandeep who claims she is always busy and never picks up the phone, which is her job. Screws up with the appointments and blames the computer system. Mismanages patients that have come in. Clearly doesn’t know her job. I wish I could give zero stars.

Worst experience my wife has.The dr is rude and disrespectful.Waited over a month for his appointment and when she was finally there he did not even have her reports in front of him or any sort of results. He once yelled at my wife and told her that she shouldn't go to her family doctor for any problem just let his office know then they will book appointment. He doesn't spend much time with patients. During entire pregnancy, never had a single pelvic (vaginal) exam. just checks your BP, weight, and fetal heart beat. At hospital the nurse couldn't find the baby's heartbeat and he never came to check just send senior nurses to check this was very unprofessional of him.

We made a huge mistake by choosing this doctor. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.He left for a month vacation, leaving us with no plan on how to see a doctor with a baby on the way during that time. He is also very rude and confused. His staff are no better.The wait there is always an hour even though you have an appointment.I recommend choosing someone else.

Words would never be enough to thanks Dr. Shiraz Suleman for my treatment.Wonderful experience, very humble and friendly doctor, full of experience and expertise in his field.He is a very intelligent person. He listened to all my complaints very patiently . Got operated from him and would highly recommend him to any one who has any gynecological problem.Thank you Dr. Shiraz Suleman.
