Cody helped my girlfriend and I find our first home and we spent majority of our showings in the summer I can’t remember exactly now but it was well over 15 houses we physically went and did a walk through at, and that’s not counting the countless hours Cody put in making a list of houses we would potentially like on our website. That list was easily 50 plus homes. Cody is someone who can read what people want in a home and his personality is very welcoming making us feel trusted and safe knowing he isn’t just trying to sell a home to make a profit he genuinely cares about his clients. After a few months of searching Cody actually found our home and put it on the list we’ve made on the website and Jenna & I were quick to dismiss it based on the photos but Cody insisted we at least take a look at this house in person and get a feel for it. So we did and right away we got a feeling and attachment towards the house and by the end of looking at it we told Cody we want to make an offer and we finally found our home!! Cody is a great person with a great personality, who cares and only puts his clients first! Couldn’t have done this without him.Highly recommend!
