Do not under any circumstances give this man any money. He is a thief. He is guaranteed to steal your deposit and not show up. He has been reported to the police many times. Please report him go your local police if he has stolen money from you.

Should've read the reviews on this guy before giving him $1000 deposit for a job he never showed up for. Strung us along with excuses (such as he hasn't seen his kids for 9 months, court dates, his girlfriend has schizophrenia, etc etc etc) for a few weeks, before simply not showing up. The owener Rob Lipka took our deposit in cash 6 weeks in advance to secure our appointment. He demanded the deposit being paid in e transfer or cash on the day of and that it’s 100% refundable should we ever choose not to go ahead with the work later. On the appointment date, he didn’t show up. He rescheduled with us 4 times and never showed up once. The only time he showed up was to collect more deposit. He told me he would be 20 minutes but showed up in an hour. When we finally got tired of his no shows, and lost our trust with him, we asked for our deposit back. Mr Lipka told us that it will take more the a week for the refund to happen. We told him if we don’t receive our deposit within 24 hours, we will take him to court. He swore at us and told us to go head, that the judge in court will laugh at us over $560. We filed a claim in court against Mr Lipka and his company and are 100% that we will win hands down in court. It would be a very easy decision for the judge. We find Mr Lipka to be extremely unreliable and may have cash flow problem with his business, also very rude to his customers. It took him more than 12 hours to reply text messages, if he ever replie, on a regular basis.
