Great staff!!! Friendly and checked in all through my appointment to make sure I was comfortable. I was thoroughly taken over what needed done and the cost so there were no surprises. Recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

My son went in to get his tooth pulled and said he had a great time, that shows right there how comfortable they make you feel. This was my son's first tooth to ever be pulled. They explained everything and let me know cost before hand. Everyone in there was professional and kind! Will definitely be taking the rest of my family here.

Such a friendly environment with staff making sure you are relaxed and comfortable that I fell asleep during my last cavity fill.Yup sleeping while they drilled and packed.There were no hidden feesStaff all around are amazing.

Absolutely amazing! I was freaking out getting my first root canal done April 2023. I would do it again in a second. Froze me perfectly. Felt nothing during and zero pain after. Just required a sedative to take my initial anxiety down due to people telling me horror stories. The clinic, staff and doctors are amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.

Incompetent dentists. Told me several teeth needed root canals that another local dentist confirmed did not. Also claimed that because I felt their cold test that some teeth needed a root canal?! If I can feel it then the tooth is still alive and potentially fixable!

Amazing dental office. I've had medical anxiety since I was a child but I've always been very comfortable at Bridgeview. If you're nervous in the dentist chair, this place is a good choice, as they take your level of dental anxiety into consideration and make sure you're as comfortable as you can be. Can't recommend this office enough.

Terrible experience with billing. Moved to Mission and chose this place as close to home. Since my kids have been coming here I noticed that they are in and out very quick 30 min. Seemed odd as my previous dentist always took the time 1- 1.5 hr job and we only had to visit 2x a year as well this is based on the plan. This place always wants you back every 3 months. My son had 2 fillings in March and at that time I told them that my plan was going to expire. They did not note this of course. Comes back and needs 7 fillings and I told them again I lost one plan, thinking they would confirm the coverage as my last dentist always did before any work was done so there are no surprises. Well they did no cancel my plan in their system and just assumed I had 2 and did the work not telling me the cost before and billed and now I am stuck with a $300 bill. My one plan maxed out, we could have spread out the fillings till the new year, but with poor customer service that would have taken too much time to review with a client. Quantity $$ over quality is now I how I feel with this experience. They don't call back when you call and when the manager finally calls back she said I spoke with 11 people and no one recalls this. Of course they don't. Who would admit to it! She only read notes to suit her, it did not matter what I said. She had her spiel all ready to go once we spoke, it was ridiculous! I said would you not think that if 2 fillings were done 3 months prior and now 7 that would be a large bill and re confirm. She did not care and bottom line was to pay up and didn't care that I would not be coming back. I will be going back to my prior dentist Dr Vohra in Aldergrove as they always confirm coverages and prices before any work is done as that's the way it should be. Not just focus on the money and if you have Insurance.Reply - This shows what kind of character your company staff is when someone calls you out on lies and try to say you were never informed because you all made an error and no notes to file. You called me a bully and how I made clients feel uncomfy - how is that when this entire conversation was over the phone. Terrible!

The most professional, caring, and personable service I have received anywhere. The doctors are amazing and do amazing work. And even though the conversations are usually one sided as they have their hands in my mouth, they are delightful to chat with. DEFINITELY go to Bridgeview!

I'm always greeted with very friendly staff. Everything is up to date and nice and clean. Amazing dentist and hygienist!

I have been to other clinics and it was nothing like this place. First of all they are interested in your dental health. They care and take care of the patient. Make all things as effortless as possible. The quality of dental work is also excellent in my experience. Highly recommend for all the above reasons. I had gone to a spot and they wanted a minimal charge regarding examinations and it had zero flexibility or concern for the patient, it was a business plan not a health plan. Whereas at Bridgeview, there was no discussion aside of ensuring my care was done. You would not be sad you came to this place. Everyone is great in my experience.
