Very lazy staff. The employee who was serving me asked me if I could buy my own tape to tape up MY package because she had ran out!? I have never heard of a customer having to buy work supplies... Once I refused to purchase tape, she offered me a stapler and then finally found some scotch tape. Not to mention I was the only customer at the time and she went to sit at the back while I packaged my own package. Never encountered such laziness. I will never go back there. Go to turtle creek Canada Post in Clarkson/Port Credit, they are way more helpful and professional.

They should thanks for google since the lowest rank is 1 star. If there’s was a negative 10 star I would go for it. The Indian lazy is unprofessional, lazy and not fulfilling her jobs duty. We went there at 8:30, kept saying she must leave at 9. We’re shipping 5 boxes, she was not helping at all, watching us “help her putting it on the cart” because she told us she’s not gonna do it. Honestly they should have get a better receptionist.

I have been using this post office weekly for years. Everyone is professional, helpful and kind! They are a high volume office, and I never have an issue with any of my transactions. They go above and beyond to assist me.

The staff is really rude and has no knowledge aboutCanada Post standard service procedure. They did not accept the letter of authorization provided on Canada post website as they thought the customer will make it. The official customer service of Canada Post also told me she did not know why the staff performed like that. Wow…It is ridiculous. So I want to give 0 star but the lowest is 1 star.

Was less than pleased with the service. Needed to ship something to Europe and the first woman to help me told me she couldn’t do it unless I had a barcode and generally didn’t know what she was doing. I came back later that day with the QR code and the second woman (Simran) started to help me but asked if I could wait to show the first woman (Cathy) how to do it. She had 4 people in line and they had already wasted 30 min of my time. After I said no, she proceeded to take up about time with menial tasks until the line up was done regardless. She even followed the first woman into the back and overheard Cathy saying I’m going as fast as I can

Horrible service. Once the lady tried to charge me 30$ for a cardboard box when I already had one. She kept on insisting and I had to buy 6$ tape instead. Best save money and go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. One woman in particular is very rude, lazy and inefficient, should not be working a customer job if you are incapable of dealing with people in a polite manner.
