I bought a dump trailer from Spencer, after I sentpayment via e-transfer and check he promised toemail me a receipt. After 1 full week of himstringing me along promising to send me a receiptI still have received nothing!I explained to him that I need a receipt so I'm able totransfer the trailer into my name and prove I have paid him the taxfor the trailer and now I will be forced to pay itagain because he has yet to provide me with thereceipt!This man cannot be trusted he is not a man of hisword. I would hesitate in giving him any sort ofdeposit or doing any type of business with him.Definitely not a man of his word.
