Purchased an Audi q3 from them and was told that the scratch on passenger door would be taken care of from sales and finance before deciding to purchase. However as shown in picture, it looks awful as if someone used whiteout. They are now refusing to fix the door as they state it is “fixed”. I do NOT recommend this dealership as they do not complete the work that was agreed upon as stated just to get you to sign.
