We had a very difficult job- a full truck plus piano removal. Because of the amount of stuff, it was very difficult to prepare for the appointment by sectioning off what was to be disposed vs. kept. The team did an absolutely amazing job at allowing me to walk through with them and point out what was to be disposed, and consulted me whenever they had questions. However, there were some issues with the piano removal including some floor damage. Piano disposal is an extremely useful service, but to offer this properly the teams need more training and equipment. This is a complaint more on the company level. The actual team showed up, provided a clear quote which did not change, and filled the truck as much as possible. (Please note this service was completed in Markham. If this review has been left for the incorrect location, please let me know.) Update: later that day I realized an important box was missing. I had said to leave behind everything in storage boxes in a certain room, so this was disappointing. It contained parts of our piano we wanted to save. Perhaps this was confusing because of paying for the piano removal service, however I would have appreciated being asked.

We had an old treadmill plus 3 big, heavy La-Z-Boy chairs in our basement that had to be carried up a steep set of stairs. The guys did a great job, quickly and efficiently and the price was a few dollars less than I expected. I highly recommend Just Junk and would definitely use them again without hesitation. Job well done!

I called JustJunk & as advertised, they came the same day. They provided a fair & accurate estimate, stuck to the price & cleared all of our junk away in 20 minutes.
