Great sales staff!

We are totally frustrated because the person at the back counter named Shane was very disrespectful. We dropped off cylinder seals to match on July 7th, 2022 and they said they needed more time to complete the order. The next day on July 8th, 2022 all the cell phone services were not working (Rogers & Fido). I went there personally to check the status of my order, when I got there they didn't even touch my parts. I asked Shane, how long will the order take?" and he pushed the parts towards me and said take it away and when I said "what's wrong with you? why are you pushing the parts towards me instead of just saying sorry we need more time" and Shane started mumbling under his breath and then proceeded to start swearing and getting aggressive and then while being upset he started threatening me

Went in today after a recommendation from a work colleague. I was in search for a specific O ring for a Range Rover which I didn't have any luck finding.Great service and Craig was very helpful in finding what I needed. Cant recommend enough.

Back counter staff berated me for coming in person to enquire about parts. Will take my business elsewhere if customers are not welcome.
