I had purchased the wrong courses for my Security Team who had a very strict training schedule. With the holidays coming up I was afraid that we would miss our training deadline. To my pleasant surprise the team at IAHSS was able to straighten out the mess I had created. Now we are back on track.Again I thank the team at IAHSS for their support.

I had a question about my account when my most recent certificate was not showing online. Responsible Service BC was able to help me. It turns out I had made an error in completing my application in 2022. Using my certificate number Nola was able to update my online account within an hour of my query!

I have a Master's in Education as well as a few years of both in-person and online teaching. These people wasted hours of my precious time interviewing me, only to ghost me. They didn't even have the decency of sending me a rejection e-mail.

My computer auto loaded my postal code where my name should have been placed on my certificate. I sent a request to have it corrected and it was corrected within hours of the office receiving the request. Very efficient and professional. Thank you

Good training program. Easy to complete. Just some technical issues with apple products. If you can’t move on try rotating your screen and “pulling down” to refresh. That fixed my issues with not having a “next” button. Staff was friendly and responsive.

This on line course was just what we were looking for. We were able to do it on our own time at our own pace. Had great video for instructions and was easy to follow along. I would recommend it to anyone!!
