Dominion Prince Rupert Street

Come on loblaws pay your workers what they deserve . They aren't asking for much get your dominions back open. Right now I rate a 1 star when opened 5 star great store to shop at. Get this strike over with.

I had a horrible experiemce with the meat department the other day when i put a special order in and said no hurry i will shop for 10 mins. 11 mins i. Came to pick up my steak and there was nobody in the meat room after 5 more minutes...i saw my steaks on the corner of the steel table...in a second i took 2 steps There was no barrier. I picked up my order touching nothing else but my steaks. As i turned around a meat employee saw me go in the meat room. Rightfully so! I apologized profusely 4 to 5 times. This employee. Continued to berade me nice and loud as a crowd gathered piping in on the covrrsation. (Not distancing at all.) I admitted i made a mistake...but hd went too far!! I went to the Customer Services and repeatex my formal apoligy- i left the store very upset and will NEVER enter your store again!

All prices are too expensive. Also not enough employees work dominion

Have sales and don't order enough for everyone. Then they don't issue any rain checks. But will gladly give you a lesser PC brand as a substitute. Almost seems like a way to sell more PC brands.

As I said in my note at the coustmer service desk . Everyone that I felt with at Dominion are great. Very helpful. Cathy's about the best when dealing with people. I have a disability an use a cane an when she sees me she is right there to help. But in saying that I no Cathy for a long time. But thanks to you at Dominion you have great employees . Thanks for the great service

My problem is just with the deli counter specifically with the week day shift. You sit and wait 4 to 5 minutes then when it seems that they have no other choice to serve you they get all angry at you and like you just inconvenienst them cut you attitude. Not just a one time but everytime I ask for deli meat it is a chor. Don't understand if they don't want to do there job why do these people work there. Tired of the attitude I will just bring my business to colmansHave a great day

I've found plenty of food for sale that's expired or passed its due date. Often some of the isles are full of stock making moving around with a cart a tedious task.

Most of the cashier's have great customer service,and eager to help when asked.the store has a good variety but could use a clean up tho

Good selection, just wish they would get rid of the self checkouts. This area needs more employment, not less. Employees pay taxes, buy goods....help the economy.....self checkouts don't.

I always go there to buy weekly groceries.they have some great offers going always.but have had BAD experience with there Deli department couple of times now.1.I went there to order samosas one evening may be around 6 and they had already closed the department(evn though store was suppose to be open till 9pm)I even requested them to give 6 from frozen ones but they refused saying I will have to buy full box of 25 or else its against policy!so if I would take 25 it not against policy to sell the frozen ones???do they not serve any other ready to cook frozen goods??yes they do!!2.I called up this morning around 9.30 for 6 samosas again and lady who answered the call said that she is 'short of staff' and 'has to prepare other things' hence she won't be able to prepare them till 12noon.her answer totally left me amazed.I really wonder why do they even have them if they DON'T WANT TO SERVE THEM.very disappointing!
