7-Eleven

I had a very long layover on my flight, so I tried and at the top there were very few food businesses and with the same I always and at high costs! but I found this business and I am delighted! Reasonable prices and lots of variety! :) I recommend you go, it is in the basement of the airport :), it is open 24 hours :)

Less than your average 7-Eleven. There was no hot food in the case. Coffee machine was out of order, the other one I tried to use had a thing on the screen alerting that it needed cleaning. And then the machine that produces lattes just hot water came out. This store seems to never pick up the phone, and when they do, they do not listen to what you are saying, they will just tell you random information then hang up on you. Only reason I gave two stars is because of the convenient location in the airport.

Adding to the previous review - don't buy the sim card here! First you buy the sim for $10, then you add a voucher for $35 to get the $35 data plan, and when you want to enable it, it tells you need additional $2 in your account, which you need to top up with a $25 card. Including taxes over $75 - for not even LTE/4G service. That's really bad!

Be cautious when purchasing compass cards here!! The woman sold me a used compass card with a negative balance on it. She hid it under a new one when she passed it to me. I noticed the card was scratched up and clearly used when we went to load the cards. We immediately went back to inquire and exchange for a new one. She refused to exchange and denied selling it to me basically calling me crazy. She then ignored me and moved on to other customers as I was standing there talking to her. I had to buy a new card as I was afraid it was linked to someone else and didn't want the negative balance. I called the store multiple times to try and speak to the manager but was always told 'they aren't in today, try tomorrow' I forget the woman's name but she was extremely rude and very suspicious, immediately acting defensive. Unbelievable! Beware!!

Excellent service from this store! beware for those who do not know it is located on the first floor of the airport, right in the parking lot! they have crazy prices super recommended

If you arrive, depart or stay all night long in te YVR, you should visit the iconic seven, eleven.Good products, affordables prices and nice personal 24/7

I naturally love 7-11 since my country have this type of convenient store, which you pay for the convenient to yourself and when all the shops closed at midnight. Same as many fast food store, your hungry can turn into monster.. I am happy the airport with this vendor. Awesome

[BIG SCAM] DON'T BUY A SIMCARD in that shop. Very poor customer service. I bought a SimCard of 67 CAD and it doesn't work even it is said my card is activated and topped up. I asked for help and they just don't care.[ADD]Two days later: I went to another 7-Eleven. My SimCard was rebooted but it still doesn't work.Then, I called the Customer Service and waited on the phone for more than 55 minutes and someone hung up on me without talking to me.I had to buy another SimCard somewhere else from another company. A man working in a cellphone company told me there is a problem with the SimCard. I lost 67 CAD...Is it normal a person from the 7-Eleven at the airport told me twice I won't be refunded if I wanted to before buying this SimCard?I WAS RIPPED OFF in a well-known shop in Canada...
