We have two gorgeous pieces of Rosewood's furniture. They will be inheritance pieces for certain. In all our dealings - inquiries about pieces and prices - they have been responsive and informative, getting back to us promptly.Most recently we purchased a lift top coffee table. When we got it home, we found it had a bit of a marring visible in some lights (easy to miss, but it bothered us). Rosewood was super responsive and exchanged the piece with no questions - saying they wanted us to be happy. They delivered the new table today and it looks beautiful. Further, their delivery team was courteous (masks on, shoes off, careful of our walls) and provided an extra touch by adding a polish to our table!I appreciate quality and extraordinary customer service and have no hesitation in recommending Rosewood.

We stopped in to look at the rosewood computer tables. We purchased one, with a matching chair. While there, we spotted these carved monitor lizards and just had to have them. The guys were great.....terrific service, great personalities. The prices are really reasonable and the store stocks a lot of wonderful pieces. Highly recommended.

We made several trips to Rosewood and what started with a dining table purchase quickly saw us return for side tables and a work desk because the service is great from everyone we dealt with, the furniture is quality solid wood furniture (and beautiful!) and their assurances and flexibility to make sure it met our needs/expectations was sincere. Great experience all around and a big thanks to the whole team! Strongly recommend you stop by and take a look at what they have - it's unique, it's quality, and it really does stand out!

My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful rosewood dining table from Rosewood Home and Condo in North Vancouver. We liked it so much we went back and picked up a rosewood bench which proved to be the perfect accompaniment to the table. We initially looked for a live edge west coast slab table, but liked the live and straight edge rosewood options better and at half the cost. We are very pleased with both the furniture and the excellent service. Tazneem and Diamond were both extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable, going out of their way to accommodate our needs and answer our endless questions. And delivery and assembly of the table was done promptly and well. One of the nicest shopping experiences we've had in a long time. We'll definitely go back. Glenn

Beautiful furniture with knowledgeable staff and excellent service.Diamond helped us in selecting the right style for our condo. He has good variety and some uncommon pieces. Very happy with finish and quality of the wood of our dinning table and bench.

Above and beyond satisfied with the beautiful bed that I received! The warm wood and intricate carvings in the bed frame have really elevated my bedroom. And the ample storage built into the bed is just what everyone needs in Vancouver. And of course the team at Rosewood is a delight to work with - from the staff on the floor to the delivery team... Excellent service, beautiful products. I will certainly be a repeat customer :)

We can't say enough about the exceptional customer service we received from Rosewood Home and Condo. From our fiist call to Diamond at the showroom we were impressed by the time and effort he put in making sure we found the exact piece we wanted. He understood how important it was for us to view the piece we were interested in so without hesitation made arrangements for us to see it at their warehouse where we were also treated with amazing, friendly customer service. The delivery was not only quick to happen but the delivery men were extremely professional and went above and beyond to insure the beautiful Ingot sideboard made it safely to its new place in our home. We highly recommend that if you are looking for a beautiful piece of unique furniture and a smooth pleasant shopping experience that you check out Rosewood Home and Condo. We will definitely be going back soon.
