What a gem on the North Shore of Lake Superior.The butcher is amazing. Whenever we are camping up here we make sure to stop in and stick up. Love there feta,spinach stuffed chicken breast.Overall great selection, including health food and some organics.

Super nice family who runs this (I think it was the owners/family I was talking to). They went to the back to fill up my water bottles (I was cycling) and gave me tips about seeing the local area. Thank you!

Was incredibly surprised to find a fairly well stocked 'international' food section. Every staff interaction was great. Great little grocery store with everything you could need.The Schrieber location has great staff and a good selection too.

Okay~ Costa's Grocers in Terrace Bay is really a gem ~ the cross section of items they carry is outstanding.Costa's isn't the biggest of grocery stores however everything a person needs in fresh produce and pantry items can be found there.One of the big bonuses is the butcher shop. Costas has a meat section that is replenished by a butcher ~ which is getting so rare these days~I very much appreciated that the first sign I read on the entrance door said, mask friendly space".Thankyou ~ yay ~ yes☮️Costas rocks"

Great all around grocery store for a Northern Ontario small town. Wide selection, but if they don’t have something specific, you can ask and they’ll order it in for you. Small town, friendly, local service—can’t beat this at Costa’s!

Not a good experience here! First of all, the store smelled aweful for some reason. I went inside to buy lunch and asked one of the cashiers (a young one) if they had sandwiches. She didn't know (I think if you are at cash, you should know if your store sells sandwiches or not.) So she turned to another cashier, and she looked at me then looked at cashier #1 and simply shook her head with displeasure on her face. No word, no communications, no advice whatsoever. And that was the end of it. Neither of the two said anything after that. I always believe that if you are in customer service, you should enjoy what you do. If you don't, go find another job.

Not open sundays.Only have limited weekday hours. Hard to get any groceries when you have 30 minutes to shop after work.Manager was ignorant on more than one occasion. 20 minutes until the end of senior shopping with 1 customer in store and manager was rude about me being there. Could have asked me to come back but was on a power trip instead.

Second year in a row we've made a stop at this gem of a grocery store. Definitely the best grocery shopping experience on the North Shore.Best surprise here is the meat counter. After chatting with the butcher and assistant we selected a couple of rib steaks that we're incredible.We also grabbed a couple of the made in store pork burgers wrapped in bacon. What a treat. These babies cooked up beautifully and were absolutely fantastic.Great selection! Great home town touch too!
