Don Mills Surgical Unit

Got my dads knee replacement togather here. 6 months now n my father is walking without cane. Dr Cain and staff were amazing.

Although vision states patient focused they are not patient centred. Lots of duplication of paper work required online and in person despite previously completed info for a cataract surgery. No way a 70 can do a fullable PDF. Some errors made with the rework and redo of paper work which is supposed to improve safety. Operating roomStandards far from providing confidence. Hair hanging out of bouffants, artificial nails on those scrubbing in. If you can’t do the simple things like meet accreditation standards ans basic ORNAC standards- makes me worried. Surgeon was good no infection yet so let’s hope. Won’t be getting a second one there for sure.

Amazing experience at don mills! This is my 2nd knee surgery, but I was still terrified and had to much anxiety. They took that into consideration and didn’t make me feel guilty for being super upset. They took their time with me and even let my mom come in and sit with me. Everything went so smooth, this was by far the best experience I’ve had!! 10/10 reccomend

I had my surgery there today. I had a pleasant experience. Check in was right on time, receptionist was nice and humorous. And the nurses were friendly as well. I don’t remember all of their names, Nina and Eva took care of me Post-op. My recovery period was short, but I was able to see how they (other nurses as well) took care of the other patients. I was craving for coffee: they made me coffee! Besides that, the OR nurses were friendly and understanding. Anesthesiologist Dr.T was very professional and I had a good, trouble free wake up after the surgery. He gave me the right amount of sedatives that I didn’t feel much drowsiness, bad taste, or post-op nausea/ vomiting, and cherry on top: No pain!Overall: I had a great experience, everyone there is professional and deserves a five star!

Had a knee replaced about 2 weeks ago at this clinic. The experience I had was excellent from the moment I entered the clinic until I left. Dr Zarnett answered all my questions and showed concern for my recovery. The nurses-every one who was with me during this surgery were so kind and caring. I felt so cared for. I absolutely would and have recommended this clinic to friends. I am so grateful Dr. J. Schantz recommended them to me. I am 3 months out of a full knee replacement I had done at Clearpoint surgery. Let's just say you get the mazarati service over Provincial Healthcare programs. Everything about my experience was top notch and everyone who works here likes their job. Having had another joint replace previously, I want to tell the world how much better going this direction was. I am already saving my pennies to have my other knee done through this group. I will not be waiting 4 years on a Provincial list again.

I just got my weight loss RNY surgery yesterday and am completely pain free today! Centric Health has the best doctors and nurses that I have ever seen. They are informative and very caring. I am happy that I got my surgery here.

Great service and attention. Before having my surgery done here I was using crutches to move around for 3 years. Since my surgery I have returned to my normal activities. Thank you.
