Tried to activate an old phone here on a pre paid plan for a sick relative. The sim card would not work so i had to go back to cancel, after waiting an hour in line I was told it was cancelled and refunded. Never did get my refund, I lost my receipt and was told by the store they couldn't do anything and to call Bell Mobility support, they were even worse if that's possible, I talked to four different people but they have no way to look up my cancelled account and told me to call Visa and dispute it. Wasted hours and hours of my time and Visa tell me I may or may not get a refund as I have no paperwork. I'll never use Bell again, just brutal service.

Customer service was excellent while I was there! Daynon helped me change my number AND helped me set up a new Apple Watch! 10/10 would recommend going there for anything cellphone related!

We really appreciated the service we received from the two young men who served us at the Penticton site yesterday. They were very personable and patient as they set up our new phones. They clearly explained features and skillfully answered our questions. We highly recommend this store for its service.

Ethan is the picture of excellent customer service. He was considerate, kind, respectful, and thoughtful…offering me a chair when he’d overheard me say my leg hurt. I can’t honestly remember the last time I had service that good. He is also quite knowledgeable, funny, and friendly.

My wife and I switched to Bell, and the sales consultant Ethan made the process seamless. He was professional, engaging and made the change fast and easy. Great service!

Frustrated with another provider that we’d been with for years, we went into Bell Peachtree and were set up and ready to go in no time at all.Amazing customer service! I popped into this location on august 9 -as a Bell customer-with a locked iPhone…and not knowing what my next step should be (and yes I had tried all unlocking options avail to me)Adrianna McMillen from their client care team was Very patient w me…appreciated that I was at a loss-took my phone ..and within five minutes- the familiar apple and sign in screen appeared.I appreciated her help and assistance with a smile as she bid me farewell and a great day.That’s 5 star customer service.
