Éconofitness 24/7

I have been a couple times and the gym is never packed. Machines aren't cramped together, the place is clean, and people there are actually working out instead of sitting on a machine and screwing around on their cellphones.Prior to moving to St Jean, I used to go to the Econofitness in Longueuil... cramped workout space, high number of douchebags there, and the staff was OK at best.St Jean Econofitness has definitely given me a better opinion of the franchise.

Ive been going to Econofitness over a month now, and i was planning to get my friend a subscription to their gym. Once we arrived, there was this employee (a man in his 40’s) was completely rude to us! I was surprised how rude and sassy he was towards my friend, which she only wanted to subscribe to their gym. When my friend asked for more information, he even rolled his eyes at us. Most employees are nice and welcoming but not him. Because of that, Econofitness have lost one client, and who knows maybe more.A grand applause for that mister…

Its a great gym.. Except.. Doesn't have a squat rack. Has smith machines.. But no squat rack..

I changed adresse during the Covid period but I continued to pay them.I sent the email as it is the only way to communicate with them to switch Éconofitness center and they haven't done it yet.The local staff is young with out experience.they kick you out with out even trying to fix the issue.

Less crowded compared to other locations. Very kind and friendly staff. Recommended.

This gym has very poor maintenance . The worst I've seen and this is coming from a former gym owner. The machines are very poorly maintained and often break for this reason. They take forever to fix he machines which any commercial gym should always have someone on call and 2 weeks should be the maximum time. Some machines have been broken for months.The machines are also very poorly lubricated and don't think they ever lubricate them. As a former multiple gym owner, I can tell the staff in this gym is very poorly trained. The equipment needs to be properly lubricated every week to avoid friction pressure causing damage to the equipment. The cables are also not properly tightened in many of the machines which causes less rage of motion and higher chance of getting an injury.The temperature inside the gym is also very poorly managed and remains very cold in the winter. This has been on ongoing problem for months now and many have complained as well. The proper gym temperature should be set at 20 to 22 Celsius and the gym is set at 16 to 17 Celsius.This gym has had ongoing problem for years. I am a member at 6 gyms and this is by fat the worst gym when it comes to maintenance and customer service. I hope they fix those problems because those problems is what made me sop me from going to this gym. It's too bad because it really is a nice clean gym.

This is the best of the entire franchise. The owner really takes good care of customers.

Young staff...not able to fix the issue

Love it. No judgment, very helpful staff and good variety of machines. I recommend to anyone wanting to workout or lose weight.
