Generous staff, very little wait times. I didn’t book an appointment and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff are always working hard and very quick. Highly recommend this location.

Utterly incompetent administrative wise, don't think I can stress that any more that this. I can only hope the medical end of the visit was done properly. Not a single person at the front desk was able to tell me the same thing twice in a span of two days. Was asked to return a second day and submit a sample, when I did the now new person at the front desk informed me their lab does not even perform that kind of test and to go somewhere else, totally wasted my time. Went in with two requisitions and specifically requested that the results go to each doctor and to ensure the second set of results do not go the wrong doctor, they send both to both doctors instead, just bloody ridiculous. Get your house in order and stop wasting people's time, do your job properly.Don't go here.

My experience was different than others at LifeLabs laboratory. The staff were nice and friendly from the get go. I did not have an appointment, just walked in and the total time spending there was about 30 minutes, in and out. The blood test results became available online within 24 hours after visiting. Overall good experience.

This was a good place to go. People Re nice there. The wait was reasonable, 10 minutes with no appointment, you can't beat that.

Had an appointment on March 5th 12;00pm for my very young daughter for an EKG. From the moment we walked in ALL staff were friendly to myself and my daughter. They made her so comfortable and treated her so well. Even my daughter said on our way out that she really liked everyone here. Thank you for the great service!

If I could give this place a 0 I would... Trash service. Lady in the front has an attitude problem. Province does not require me to wear a mask at a lab as it is passed June 11. Lady in the front however had a problem with it. You can go ahead and wear 2 masks or 3 if you are that worried. Don't worry about me or others who do not wish to wear a mask. Also had 2 different people putting needles on my arm as one was training and didn't know what to do...I also required a lab visit number which was suppose to be given to me. Just like the other comments, when asked will I get my results online I was told yah" with no other information given to me.First time I visited a LifeLab and it was garbage service

My experience at this Lifelabs location was disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I had booked an appointment for my blood work but there was no distinction between people with appointments or walk-ins as we had to wait in the same line. Once I went up to the counter, the lady was very rude and accused of me of not booking an appointment. Even after I showed her email confirmation of my appointment, she did not apologize. After my test, I asked the lady if I would be able to check my results online she simply said yes but did not provide me with any other information such as my visit number which is needed for checking my results online. Overall, I was unhappy with their service and I will not be using Lifelabs in the future.

I came here for my blood test on a Friday at around 2pm. The place was easy to find (4th Floor unit 407) and was Extremely Clean with quick service. Overall Nice Experience.

Extremely professional staff and convenient timings. I didn’t had any appointment and went 8-20 am. I had 13-14 people ahead of me with appointments and walk ins like me. I was free within 30 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

I went in for the tests today 40 mins before my appointment time but was asked to wait which was fine. The people working there were supportive and very accommodating answering all my questions. It was a positive experience for me.
