Great shop and owner. I was super curious about his products and his operation. Ozzy took his time to explain and answer all my questions. I'll 100% be coming back here, for live bait or for his good inventory of fishing gear (hooks, lures, attachments, etc.) Definitely worth it!

The owner is down to earth, knows his fishing great advice and prices are fair for the quality! I'd recommend to anyone looking for good bait to catch the big fish.

Ozzy's Live Bait should be your go to bait shop for all your fishing and bait needs. At first I was thanking God that there was someone selling bait in Kanata, beats having to drive to Timbuktu to get a dozen or so minnows just to panic about whether or not they're going to make it home alive. That being said, not only does Ozzy provide quick, convenient and reliable service but he also provides tremendous value. His knowledge and understanding from fish and maintenance all the way to what bait to use and which bodies of water to use them in are spot on. Great quality fish, haven't had a bad batch and he's always generous and fair with quantity and quality. Give him a call for your fishing and bait needs, you won't be disappointed. But don't just take my word for it, the results speak for themselves.

Called Ozzy late Saturday night for a couple dozen minnows, left a message and no more than 15 minutes later he sent me a text asking when I'd like them, minnows were super healthy, his bait shop is well laid out, he's even got lures, jigs, hooks, a little bit of everything. I'm pretty sure these minnows are Olympic swimming champions. The ones I bought last week are still kicking strong and ready to catch more fish this coming weekend. Can't beat the convenience, price, health of minnows, and wealth of knowledge he shares. You've got a new, year-round customer in me.

Had trouble finding live bait for the Canada Day weekend but Ozzy’s had me covered!They have everything you need and it was super easy and convenient. Will defiantly be using again and highly recommend!

Awesome bait shop. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about minnows and bait in general . It’s great to go to a bait shop and feel welcome. I was just popping in and ended up staying and chatting for any hour. Thank goodness I have found an extremely welcoming shop.

Amazing experience and overall great service at Ozzy's. Reached out over text message and was able to setup a visit to the bait shop in the next couple of days. I explained what I was fishing for and he gave me exactly the baits that might have the best success. My son tagged along and he also had a great experience picking the minnows into our bucket! First time visit but won't be the last.
