What ever you do do not buy or let sarnia pools sell you a pool he will tell you he has been doing pools for 40 years well he is the biggest screw up spent 60,000.00 on a pool it is out of level by 3 inches nothing works Hester is not working it’s just bad news all the way pipes are leaking skimmer has screws that cut your hand I could go on and on if you are thinking of putting in a pool come see our pool at 1497 lassale line and you will see a mess tell your friends as well to stay away from sarnia pool we were to be swimming may 24 week end last year still all kinds of problem still

horrible service, did not get the pool that we expected. shallow end was suppose to be 4' deep but it ended up not quite 3' closer to 2 1/2'. When they dug up the backyard I told them that it was too shallow and they ignored me, although I spoke with everyone Mark, Stephen etc. They severely damaged our shed as a consequence of this and just cut the doors 7' which now allows water, rain to run into our shed. I cannot swim in the shallow end without hitting my feet on the bottom of the pool. Mark kept going on about being an engineer but an engineer who cannot do basic math???really!!!. So now we paid a fortune for a pool that we cannot really swim in and a ruined shed that we had purchased 2 years prior. Avoid them

Fast service and cheep all you can eat. Quality is not great but the quantity is. Good for a quick bite with lots of people.

Our backyard neighbors are having their pool repaired by Sarnia Pools.. a lot of jack hammering as to be expected all week.. no problem with that. However on Canada Day we get back from the parade and are sitting out back at around noon and the jack hammering starts. So I go over and ask the guy hammering can he not do it some other time.. He says it's Saturday". I say it's a stat holiday
