I have been to many dentists in Thunder Bay and I have never had such a thorough cleaning before. She was amazing! She made sure I understood everything she was doing before she did it. She was respectful, kind and informative when I had any questions. I give this client a 5 star rating and would recommend my family and friends to change their dentist to Northwood !!

Great staff. Best Hygenist I have ever had:Christine. Dr. Gresko makes his patients feel comfortable. He brings his therapy dog to work. Brody helps me feel relaxed. Would recommend this dental office.

My family and I have been long time patients and I cannot say enough about the friendly staff, great hygienists and dentists. The clinic is very clean and modern. Dean and his staff are caring and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend NFD.

Front desk are helpful and friendly, hygienist and dentist are very professional and do their jobs well. No complaints and no issues with recent fillings or tuneups. I also LOVE when Brody is there when I come in for an appointment, best boy! - Received very helpful advice from the hygienist and bought a new toothbrush and paste so hopefully I no longer need fillings in the future.

Great experience.!!Dr. Ali was my dentist and the east Indian dental hygenist, and monica, everyone was really helpful, welcoming and nice.Went for my tooth extraction and everything went really good.The receptionist are also really welcoming and helpful.Totally recommend this dental clinic.They care more about our health than money.Great service and Care!!!!

Got an appointment the next day after contacting them. I was a first time patient but they treated me like I had been going there forever! Excellent reception staff and hygienists. Dr Ali was super nice and fixed my broken lingual wire very quickly. Direct billed my insurance too. Definitely will be back.

I came in (miserable) with a cracked tooth and I left with it fixed. It doesn't get any better than that. The hygienist was great at explaining things and making sure I was comfortable. She was friendly but professional and very good at her job. (She even had a new-to-me trick up her sleeve which really helped me out.) Doctor Carlson's 'chair side' manner was as good as it gets, and he did not stop until I was 100% satisfied. He even came right back to work some more on my 'bite' (after he had left) when I said I wasn't sure about it. I liked that he explained everything he did. It made me feel respected and like I was actually a part of the whole thing, and not just some guy in a dentist chair. The whole procedure was remarkable in that it was really quite unremarkable - absolutely the least discomfort I've ever had during that kind of procedure. Like I've told them in their survey, short of a door prize, live band and parting gifts, this experience just could not have been better! HIGHLY recommended.

Extremely happy with this office, have been a client for nearly ten years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Was able to book an appointment for a cleaning just two days later. Friendly staff and awesome hygienist (Mindy)! They make my visits comfortable and worry free.

Receptionist’s so kind and accommodating during my dental emergency and the dentist was gentle,and very through and kind .He explained my options to me and made me feel comfortable during my visit!
