Redman has experienced many changes over the years, since Wayne & Helen left. In my opinion, customization took a back seat to templates for awhile...& in my 20+ year referral based business, customization defines personality. *However since then, templates have become more malleable & Redman still provides complete customization. I've rebuilt my site over the years...& each time, I chose to stick with Redman because of their experience & commitment. *I'd especially like to throw a Shout Out to CODY MARON - who actually answers the phone - answers questions honestly - is extremely knowledgeable/competent...& always does his best to ensure the customer is happy. Thanks again for all your help Cody!

I have been a Redman client for a few years now with 2 websites. I asked them to help me with SEO optimization and in talking to Roberto was convinced to spend $600.00/month for close to 7 months. In those 7 months my ranking hardly moved. I asked for a detailed audit of what was actually done for the $4200.00 I spent and am still waiting on that...2 weeks later. I feel like I got royally scammed. Sure they tweaked a few key words here and there, but I did all the work by adding content, pages and blog posts. They didn't even do any backlinks. Moral of the story, these guys make slick looking websites and are there to help with minor things you need on that but beyond that their SEO skills and their follow up is non existent. What did I just spend $4200.00 on?Update - after extensive back and forth the company has agreed to remedy my concerns. Once I was able to reach someone in a position of power to discuss my concerns they stepped up.

I have never received such poor service from this company. They took all of the excitement out of my new business launch took my money and did not deliver on any of their promises. Proceed with caution.

My business partner and I used a Redman Tech site for our real estate business for approximately a year. Although the site was not for us, the designers and support staff put our interests first. Steve from Redman is an excellent ambassador to the business and was a pleasure to deal with.

Over the past few months I've battled between the idea of building my own personal website and hosting it. After contacting some developers and working with them, I found the process extremely time consuming and quite costly. I decided to take a step back and re-evaluate.After discovering Redman Technologies Inc., I was blown away with their services and customer service. Not only do they create a custom website for you and teach you how to edit it yourself once it's finished, they host the site and offer a lot of support for whatever questions you may need. This has been a hassle free experience, I personally wouldn't recommend building your own website when you can contract Redman Tech. to have it done efficiently and at a cost savings.As someone who isn't too technologically inclined when it comes to building sites, hosting, API's etc., this was the perfect solution to my problem. Everyone I have dealt with thus far has been top notch, very professional and able to dumb the tech language down to someone who isn't familiar with techie terms.I worked closely with Roberto, Rick and Cody; I would recommend this company to any family or friends. 5/5

DO NOT use these people. I ordered a website, it took them 3 weeks to even talk to us about the site. Then they put together a generic unpersonalized site listing the wrong target area. The billed me for my second monthly fee before even starting the website. I called and asked for a refund. They said OK and apologized for the awful service. Then no refund. Over the next month I contacted them 4 times. Every time they promised a refund but didn't provide it. I'm now disputing the transaction through my credit card company. VERY unprofessional and not at all trustworthy.
