Leslie's Finery Ltd

My experience at Leslie’s was one of the worst customer service interaction’s I’ve ever been a part of. Immediately “greeted” with “do you know what you’re here for?”. When I stated I knew exactly what I wanted, staff stated , “Well have you been here before? We’re closing soon and we are by appointment only”. There was nothing posted about needing an appointment on their website or at the store. I arrived with my face mask as directed by their sign. Received no welcome or greeting whatsoever and was made to feel like I was such an inconvenience. The staff said “well it’s been a long day” , I expressed how uncomfortable I was made to feel and how I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. Will never be providing Leslie’s with my business again, and I will be sure to let others know of my experience.

This store is so amazing. If you have anything larger than a D cup, you pretty much need to go here or to Lily's Lingerie in Halifax. The difference between Leslie's and Lily's is that Leslie's has arguably better trained staff and more affordable brands. Lily's has Empreiente, which is awesome, but over $200. At Leslie's you can actually get a nice bra for $65, full price! That fits! That's not expensive at all. I'm super impressed in fact. I think Leslie's is actually worth the drive to New Glasgow from Halifax, so I feel very lucky to have this store here!!! Also, they have some awesome clothing, but you have to get there early to get your size. It sells out fast.

Went in today on what I thought was a needle in the haystack kind of hunt for a last minute Christmas gift, and the lovely staff were so eager to help me not only find the product, but help with the perfect color too. What a welcoming and helpful place to shop! I'll be back soon.

I was coming to your store to pickup a gc for my Daughter. Since you require a mask that doesn't work, I will get her gift elsewhere.You are losing customers

Wonderful staff. Professional and kind.

The staff member who helped me was friendly, patient, kind and listened very well to my wants and needs.The bra that I purchased is incredibly comfy and wasn’t expensive. The prices of what I tried on were less than to par of what you would pay at Victoria Secret or any other specialty lingerie store.I will definitely go back in the future to get more.

Drove up from Antigonish only to be told I needed an appointment. Never needed one before and I do understand the difficulties with Covid. Spent $749 online instead

Absolutely amazing experience. It was my first time getting fitted for a bra ( and let me tell you I was definitely wearing the wrong size ). All the staff were so kind. The woman (I am so sorry I am terrible with names) in particular who helped me today was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, educating me on how/ why different cups/ fits didn't work. She also had lots of patience to help me find several options that worked for me ( small band large cup ).

Every time I come to Leslie’s it is an absolutely amazing experience!I use to loathe bra shopping and never wanted to make the time for it as it always took so long to find something that fit, was comfortable and made me feel good.But ever since I made my first appointment at Leslie’s last year my entire perspective has been changed about bra shopping. Now what use to take hours , only takes a half hour. I always leave with something I love to no end and fits me properly!The lovely ladies here always make you feel so welcome and listen to your wants and needs, make you laugh and always strike up conversations with you , the customer service is so amazing and shows that they really care about their customers. They are beyond professional!I went in earlier today as I had time to spare for once and the ladies were so quick to help me out , and get me set up with a fitting and find some bras I absolutely adore and that are so comfortable and fit perfectly! It was an all around enjoyable experience and I can’t wait until my next trip. I will forever recommend them and their products ! Thank you Leslie’s ! ❤️

Great service. My wife goes here for her needs and always gets something that fits well. Cost can be high, but no more they any other specialty store. You are going to get what you pay for!
