I have made several purchases from them over the years, today I went to do a return 3 days past the time. I was told No (as she sat on a stool) I said not even for a credit?(the item is still in store at reg price) was then told No you can try selling it on marketplace. I was shocked having been in retail 30+ years

They don't have as wide of a selection of little change purses. They used to sell many different kinds, now they only have one. But I bought what I needed. Staff was friendly.

The service was good (too good). However the staff member was coming onto my husband and it was very disrespectful and uncomfortable.

Was today at londonderry mall and wanted to ask a question at Bentley. I was carrying lots of stuff and wearing a mask. The employee behind the counter stated that I can't get in without sanitizing my hands I showed her that I was carrying stuff and had no extention of touching anything but she was pretty firm on policy. No sanitizer no entry to store (keeping in mind most of their products are outside of the store on tables). I left not bc I didn't want to sanitize but because she was mean and obviously busy on her phone. Never again

Not a fan of this dump. Staff are totally rude and their exchange policy is a dumpster fire. Manager just sits on her phone not giving any help to customers. Shop with caution!!
