Wow I can’t believe the disrespect I just received at the drive thru at this location and from three of your employees maybe you should start treating your customers like you want them to come back I go to Tim’s about 4 to 5 times a day and the disrespect I will be going the long way for my coffee for the girls to get three other employees at the window to all sit there and say I was bullying them throw the drive thru window and that I was swearing at them when I had to yell over my nan in the passenger is unprofessional and then to throw the food out the window at my 81 year old grandmother not cool you have lost my business and my friends thank you and have a great day

Food is average. Numerous times I’ve found coffee grounds in my coffee but just brushed it off. What pushes me over the edge is the service. Normally there’s a lovely woman on OT in the mornings who is very accurate and friendly. This morning there was a young woman who was more concerned about her outside conversation (which was happening over the headset) than getting through the 10+ car line up. She messed up the order, blamed me for it saying “we already made it, are you sure you can’t take it? No? Fine then I guess we’ll have to make you another one.” Then the lady at the window was unfriendly as well. My coworker’s card declined so I removed it to try mine instead. She said “you need to tell me when you’re removing your card, you can’t just take it out like that.” I worked at Tim Horton’s for 5 years. All it does is takes a little bit longer to reset the machine. If the team was actually focused on working rather than outside conversations, drive thru times with inaccurate orders, and berating customers, maybe this store would actually be worth coming to.

Time and time again, get a large regular coffee with a shot of expresso every morning. So many times they forget the expresso. Plus get drinking the coffee and there's grounds in it.Taking pride in your work is gone now apperently.

I stop by this location from time to time in the mornings on my way to work before. Staffs are friendly, service is good, they do their best to get through the busy line up during the busy peak times and make sure everyone is served in a timely manner. Customers just need to understand that if you plan on waiting in line, pack your patience or just order through the app and get your stuff quicker.

I have had a few issues with this store but apparently my tipping point is a gross stale honey dip doughnut. Incredibly disappointing as I typically love the doughnuts. yuck.

One of many great Tim Hortons. Note that this is near a lot of great lunch spots, so you can easily use it to top off your lunch before going back into your day's activities.
