Hyundai Gatineau

Just bought a vehicle here. Place is under construction, so parking is a bit scarce. But, you can always park on the side road. Management is very friendly and they were really good with us. They also speak English. Look for Miguel and/or Sylvain.

A nice bunch of salesman and staff. Of course they are selling their product but it does seem like they put significant effort into going beyond what is expected. This is my second EV with them and probably not my last!

Not their fault but it's just annoying that there's such a long wait time for vehicles. Some staff do not seem to have a lot of knowledge on EVs and launch dates. I get more information googling around. Do your research first and book a test drive and then you can seal the deal

Extremely good service, hard to do business in these Covid times, but Hyundai made it feel effortless and i will recommend to all my friends and family to go buy at Hyundai Gatineau. Im extremely satisfied with wath was explained and detailed about my new acquisition. No details were left out.

Melanie Gendreau was my service agent and I must say she gives the best service I have ever received. I was always aware of a cost or an issue that was taking place. She responded to my messages very fast and a few after hours I believe which is mind-blowing, no one does that anymore. I was very grateful. I was always in the loop and always felt safe in her hands. She would give me quotes in advance and there were never any surprises. Every time I need a service with Hyundai she will be my go-to service agent. Thank you again Melanie for your excellent service. If I could give you 10 stars I truly would :)

We spent several days trying to get In touch with a sales rep about a car and could not get a callback from the dealership. I managed to speak to a phone rep (Myna) from their call center and was assured that I would get a call the following day. After waiting for the day, we called again. We asked the receptionist for a salesperson, but nothing but voicemail. We called back, and I requested the sales manager. Still, every call kept going to voicemail. I called back, and the receptionist informed me that the sales manager was in his office and would take the call... back to voicemail. We had one question… Is the car still available?I contacted the phone rep again (Myna), and she said the car was still available, so we set off on our way.When we arrived, we saw the car in the parking lot. We entered the showroom and shared we came to see the car outside. This was when we were informed that the vehicle had been sold.We then asked to speak with the sales manager." I shared that the situation was very frustrating. We were told we had an 11 am appointment

Staff is very friendly and service at it’s best . They deliver car with care and love ❤️

if you make online appointments according to the manufacturers schedule, the website automatically suggests various works and their pricing. Watch the price of the jobs, I got charged double for one of them. Employees did not seem to care when i mentioned the discrepancy and when i emailed the director as they suggested, haven't heard from him (after one week), probably doesn't care either. otherwise, they are ok.Edit : Ended up getting contacted and got a store credit for the charge that went over the website price, so kudos for following up and taking customer satisfaction seriously (bumping up the stars to 4)

The salesman was being rude and disrespectful. I was calculating the amount per month with different options and he looked me with disgust, asking what was I doing. Being in shock and disbelief that I had to witness that face of his, I explained and he laughed. I just left. Losing one customer is nothing for them but hopefully this review contributed to making a decision whether should you buy from here or not!
