No walk in clinic, the website not updated. X-ray and ultersound specialists are very nice, patient and helpful

Dr Selvakone is patient, humble, and caring. It’s hard to find physicians like her these days. I feel blessed for having her as our family physician.

Waited 3 months, drove 5 hours and had ten minutes with the doctor. No advice or guidance given. Our Healthcare system is beyond broken. Receptionist was very pleasant to speak with.

Dr Selvakone has been our family doctor for almost 15 years and we could not have asked for more. Her compassion, patience, and commitment is far beyond what doctors are usually willing to provide. We consider ourselves blessed for having Dr Selvakone as our GP.

I went to Pinnacle for physiotherapy with Dr. Leor Burstein. He seems like a nice and knowledgeable guy. However, after 8 sessions I didn't see any improvement whatsoever. I still give him benefit of the doubt as the problem with my knee was chronic and could be not easily repairable". Yet

I was never treated so good. Pleasant, respectful and very helpful staff made all the pre surgery tests and preparations easy to follow. Thankyou again Dr Harsha Malempati, and staff, for taking care of me.

Only if i could give this clinic a negative star rating !!!This is a walk clinic together with Family Physicians, Whenever i make appointments, always have to wait for at least an hour to a max of 3 hours ! before taking me in, It has been this way for yearsLets not forget , mixing up your appointments and calling you and trying to charge you for a no show for an appointment that was never even scheduledtrying to change your main address is another one, talked to the receptionist on multiple occasions to get the address right, till this day still have the wrong address on file, causing you to never receive your documentation or discrepancies at other health organizationsThey seem to favor their own religion / race over anyone else, i have seen it on multiple occasions where i came in for an appointment and multiple walk-ins were taken in to to see the same doctor before meIf you need any reports or documentation sent elsewhere forget about it, took me 2 months to get reports, my lawyer calling on a daily basis with empty promisesI'm fed up, switched my doctor and happy i did it, Stay away !!!!!!

Waiting time of hours, not respecting our time as patients and improper attention and service from staff and physicians makes this clinic an unacceptable service provider to meet even the basic standard of care.All the frustration reflected in the reviews here by innocent honest patients are completely ignored by the clinic. I have now talked to the clinic mananger and expressed to her my deep dissapointment and resentment of the way patients are treated and appointments are handled.I encourage all of you that are dissatisfied to speak up and do the same if you really want any change to take place. Otherwise this clinic should be shut down and not used as a service provider. The name of the clinic manager is Belinda. Speak up people fight for our rights, we should not be treated this way, we deserve better than that!!!
