I had placed an order over 2 months ago. I was informed that the printer was backed up and my order would be 2 weeks. Once the order came in it was wrong and I supplied the sweaters I was having printed. They informed me it could be fixed and they would re print them. I have not heard from them since then and called yesterday to inquire about my order. I was told they would call me back this morning but never heard from them. Horrible customer service will take the loss on my sweaters that I have purchased but will look for another company .
