I’ve shopped here in the past and always had a great experience. Perhaps their has been a change in ownership/ management because the service has gone way down. Went in twice within a week to purchase items including a sofa. Never was I greeted nor were others who came in. The two employees stayed behind the counter and never offered assistance to anyone.I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to go back.Two of your responses to complaints (including one from 6 months ago) you state that you pride yourself on customer service. Clearly you don’t.

Great products. Quality Canadian made, solid wood frame and good foam. They have properly made furniture that will last. We're are very happy with our sectional. Also great friendly no pressure, knowledgeable staff were very helpful. Fallon helped us and was just lovely. Thanks.

I purchased a side chair and unfortunately, after it was delivered, I noticed that there was damage on one of the arms and that the seat had been installed by the manufacturer incorrectly. The entire seat was pushed over to the left, leaving a noticeable gap on the right side. I called Fallon and she immediately ordered a replacement, however, it also had a similar issue with the seat cushion. She ordered a third chair and it was a huge improvement! I was so nice to deal with such a pleasant sales rep who was committed to my satisfaction with either the chair or a refund. LOVE the staff at Muse & Merchant and would highly recommend them. The floor models of all the furniture look beautiful. It almost seems worth the substantial price tag but what is delivered to the door is not what is on display in the showroom. I spent thousands over the last couple years. A sofa bed, desk, cabinet. Two of the three items needed replacement as one arrived with a huge crack all the way through the wood and the other had a drawer on tracks that wouldn’t open and close properly. They were gracious enough to replace the two items but, again, even the replacement cabinet is greatly flawed. It’s becoming quite uncomfortable having to repeatedly contact the store to request now a third replacement. I guess I’m stuck with an overpriced cabinet with three drawers that don’t fully open and close.So disappointed as I really do love the style of their furniture and I had planned on purchasing more pieces in the future.

Amazing couch I ordered. Was a version of the cloud couch in pebble. I’ve had it over a week now and it’s stunning. I’ve recommended it to a friend as well who’s also ordering it. It came right before I was told it would for delivery. Seemless ordering process too. I like that I can pay payments online before it’s delivered if I don’t want to pay upfront right away. Falon was my sales consultant and did an amazing job. Super informative, knowledgeable, kind and bubbly personality! Her manager also helped with swatch colors and was super friendly. Will absolutely be back here for more and couldn’t say amazing enough things about my experience.

Brody and Falon were wonderful to work with furnishing our new home. My wife and I are over the moon with their quality of service and breadth of knowledge.Unlike the dozens of other furniture stores we went to, we never felt hounded or pressured. We really appreciated having our space to peruse without being interrupted every 5 minutes; perhaps that is what other reviewers are used to and expect.When we had questions, they were attentive, excited to help, and answered everything we asked.Further, the store itself has a variety of high quality pieces that perfectly fit a wide range of asthetics. We will be getting our couch, dining table, and other various furniture delivered when we move in next month and are extremely satisfied with the flexibility they offer.Highly recommend for both quality service and beautiful furniture. My first and likely last experience here had very poor customer service. I was in the store for over an hour looking at couches, while a man sat behind a desk and didn't greet me, talk to me or ask if I needed any help. Finally after he got up to do something else and was forced to walk by me he asked if I needed anything. I asked about fabric options, and he simply said the fabrics were 'over there', nodding to a wall. I responded 'OK....' waiting for him to offer some assistance with the fabrics, but he simple turned away and sat back down at the desk. I would have no idea that he was actually trying to sell anything. Not a great experience.
