I have had to wait and not had to wait. It depends on how busy it is I would imagine as well as the time of day. Normally people lunch and break at the same times daily. 10is noonish and 2-3ish...lunch will be busy as all the people in surrounding business would go here if they are in need of CP services. Having a poor attitude doesn't help anyone.

Contrary to someone else's review, I found a weekend employee to be helpful. Not sure if it's the same guy or not. I rang the little bell on the counter and he was right with me.I've picked up packages here a few times. I have no complaints. I bring the doortag with me, flash my driver's licence, and that's about it. Within about 5 visits, I've never had to wait in line at this location. Much faster than the main post office. Also way more convenient since there's actually a parking lot, not to mention it's close to my location of residence. Oh, and the whole experience doesn't feel claustrophobic; it's pretty roomy since it's located within Shopper's.I used this location to send a letter once. The whole process went smoothly; I was in and out within 2 minutes (I had to write the address on the envelope they provided me with since I didn't have one).

Not impressed when I get there at 5:05pm (their sign says they are open til 6pm) and there’s another sign saying they will be back at 5:30pm. Why are you taking breaks at an hour to closing? Wasted my time and a lot of other customers’ time as well. Do better.

Never open on the weekend they should just close it poor service

Time is precious, if you go here, it will be wasted, just for serving three customers in queue on 4th Oct 2022 at 7pm one old lady at the counter took 40 min. Absolutely waste of your time visiting this place for postage. A lady took two boxes and couple others waiting for small postage, they had to wait until the box postage completes all dimension check, weight and label creation, I advice rather keeping small postage customer wait for service untill you finish customers one bye one wasting time is useless customer service. There is no future for this type of business attitude.

I've always had good mail box service..never had a problem with Canada Post..

Excellent customer service. Have been more than helpful and patient. Hours of operation are suited to the customer not the post office.

every single time I come here , and it's not by choice, the person behind the desk just happens to be on a 50 minute break. 4 times this has happened, all at different times of the day. pathetic

They're so polite and helpful here. I've never had a problem with packages going missing and they process all of my drop-offs really quickly.

Horrible delivery service had to wait weeks for my package to get delivered.
