I have used the services of this company for years and they are excellent and reliable. They pick up as scheduled, rates are reasonable. They have a baby box" and the regular door to door box . The recipients receive their boxes without issues and in good condition. I have recommended them to my friends and definitely worth it."

I've been sending boxes since 2009 and i never had any bad experience. I love this company... i highly recommend them.

So far the package service is good. Only downside is the Scarborough receptionist (the person receiving n documenting the package). I think she needed to tone down her attitude. She's not very welcoming to customers/clients. When she speaks, it feels like you're asking a favor from her (with the look of laser and daggers) but in truth people are paying for the service. I am always respectful to people I talk to and I am sure most of umac customers/clients too but we don't deserve that type of service attitude. Anyway, like I said, with regards to package delivery and service, I will definitely recommend UMAC.

Telling your customers that packages will arrived on the said date you’ve given is frustrating! Some customer service agents are rude! Regretful!

I called Customer service few minutes ago and was extremely disappointed. I called to inquire if the parcel arrived in Manila. This is my third call to follow up since I was advised from the last time I called to call again on February 28 to check. The agent said she couldnot give me updates because I have no invoice # and I was not the sender. We sent 3 boxes. 2 for my mom and 1 for my mom-in-law. I paid for it. I was not the sender because I was at work. I tried explaining to her this is my THIRD call and was given an update before. All I wanted to know if it has arrived in Philippine soil. So my family can plan, and someone will be at home to receive the package. She did not even give me a chance to explain my self and keeps cutting me off mid sentence. Very rude. I am sure if it were her friends who called she will go out of her way. My point is, you and your colleagues should say the same thing. I will not use this service anymore. Thanks, you just throw my 10+ years of loyalty out the window. P.S I did not want to give you a star but I did not have a choice.

I try to track and called them . But cannot be reach! Worried because its been months. Lol hope i didnt trust them because i do hard work with that 4 boxes! Your system is down! I called you and u suggest to call the number that you guys gave meJuly 4;. I try to call the number and she said i need to wait? Nothing to do with it! I just need an update because i it can ruin my cousin wedding! Thats why we deliver the package early. Hope you guys will fix the tracking website and the update.

It was our first time to send thru them. I called several times to inquire about their prices, boxes and how long will it take for the box to arrive. The lady who answered me was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. The day they picked up our box, they gave us another box for future use. The 2men who made the pick up were courteous and friendly. It has been 3weeks now and hopefully it will arrive in our expected time. I will make an update when it arrives. But for now, im giving them 5⭐️ and will recommend.

I sent two boxes in Manila and the transaction when smoothly. The staff at the docking area was very helpful and carried the boxes with care.

I have used the services a lot and all of my boxes arrived safely. But recently the boxes i sent did not come as early as before. The rates are good and costumer service is just as. I am just hoping they would have air cargo as well here in toronto…
