All of these reviews must be from family. I went back and forth on leaving a bad review but ultimately I depend on reviews to make decisions sometimes and have to leave this. By far the worst course I've ever been to and I've played at a lot of places. The actual set up of the course is nice but the fairways and greens are bad. Every single fairway is like hitting your second shot out of the rough. And if you do hit into the rough good luck finding the ball. The greens are just as bad. I think the second green is only 50 % grass. The cart I was given was disgusting and they had nice ones right beside it. We were literally the only 2 people playing. Nice people working there I guess...but save your money and go to hockley or organgeville golf club.

The ownership recently changed, and the new owners are not friendly. The course was overgrown and sand traps were non-existent: there was more sand on the green than anywhere else.My two friends and I wanted to play 18 holes for $32 each, as advertised on their website. We called to make a tee time the day before, for 18 holes. When we got there, the owner had no idea of the time or how many holes we wanted to play… luckily, the course was empty, but we soon learned why. After playing 9 holes and starting again for the second 9, the owner came outside, yelling that we need to pay another $30 each because we only paid for 9 holes. “Website price is old owner. New price is 30 more for 9 more hole. 30, 30, 30”We couldn’t understand her well, and in the end we left because she was so rude. I had a very poor experience at this course, even as an amateur golfer without high expectations.

I’ve been coming here for a quick 9 rounds for a few years now. They finally got new carts!Overall it’s a wonderfully relaxing place to golf; members and golfers just regular everyday people.Always the cheapest in the area via price match, wide fairways, no gross sand to get into my shoes, and i’ve never had to wait because it’s usually empty when i go.Nice driving range area to warm up, definitely a cute mom and pop shop.Love the owners, very kind and hardworking.A steal on special for $25!!(Beware of fake reviews)Note: These people are old school; always call ahead to verify pricing!

I came here not knowing how to golf - left with a half decent swing. Tons of fun!! Super chill atmosphere.I only saw two other people here, both beginners as well. Nice driving range area to learn how to swing and really wide fairways for accidental bad shots!!Super cheap for the $25 special! Excited to come back and get better.

Brought my 10 year old grandson late in the day for first time golfing, no one else on the course cause I knew he’d be slow, charged me me 50$ each plus $10 for renting “junior clubs” that came over on the ark, waaaaaay over priced for the course, I won’t be back !!

Wide fairways - great for the beginner golferAre the conditions the best? No but it's $30 on a weekend for 9 holes so nothing to complain about there

The Owners are completely horrible!! I mentioned I have a 2 for 1 Canada Golf coupon and I was told no problem when booked over the phone. Drove an hour to the course and when I checked in, I was rudely flat out refused for my coupon. Ended up walking away! They also need to update the prices on their site! States $22 for 9 holes and when you show up it’s $30.

Sarah sold us a so called brand new" lawn tractor 2 weeks ago claiming it was barely used. We used it 3 times in the last two weeks and today it didn't even start. When I called

To be honest, I didn't even play the course. This review is based on the fact that it's not $32 for 18 holes as stated on their website. Hard to understand the new owner, but I believe the new price is somewhere in the 50s. Just be warned it's not as advertised.

I usually dont even give reviews but after reading these fake ones made about my kind friends Sarah and Joe, I felt like i had to!!!Fake negative reviews on this family run golf course?During COVID? When businesses are barely staying afloat as it is? And then liking both comments so they show first? Shame on you “Turtle Squad Vlogs” and “Chris Wilkins.” If youre even real people!!There are only a few courses in the region so i know competition is stiff between owners but this is absurd!! Shame on you!!I actually live in Orangeville and work in the area at Headwaters Health Center. This is the golf course I usually go to mostly because it’s usually empty and nearby. Also, if i tell the front desk that the course down the road is charging a certain amount, she’ll always double check and price match it so I always pay the lowest price possible. You cant beat that! It’s ALWAYS the cheapest course to play in the region and that’s how they price it every year. You get what you pay for and because the season just started unexpectedly, there’s some work to be done for sure.Listen, if youre coming here and expecting a resort experience go somewhere else that’s 10 times the price and gives you a caddy you have to tip.If youre coming here for a $20 date, to squeeze in a quick 9 holes on a day off with/without the kids, or to teach someone how to golf for cheap - this is the place!!There are no sandtraps, the fairways are wide so youll never lose a ball, and no one’s ever here so it’s an easy/quiet course to learn on. There’s actually a driving range area as well to shake off the rust, some brand new power carts if you ask for them.We always walk because it’s cheaper and healthier but it’s nice to have the option!Sarah and Joe the owners are the kindest Christians and catching up with them after the covid lockdown was wonderful. They told us today they’re sad to skip Church on Sundays during the summers to be at the course but theyre hoping to work on/expand the course over the next few years. It all sounds very exciting and we’re happy to see it unfold!Today Sarah even gave me a hat because she noticed i forgot mine and offered me a free water bottle because it was so hot out!Anyways, this place is always excellent value, I love cheap golf! I love bringing the kids here to get them out of the house and being able to get the rust out with the wife before hitting the more expensive/harder courses!Go Meadowland!!
