Extremely poor experience. Rude. Rude. Rude & Inept.The Western Union team of agents we dealt with inculding Patty and Chris, were incredibly inept and careless. We transferred funds to a US personal account. 2 trips later, the recipient could not withdraw and was told someone else had received the funds. We investigated at the senderl location here. They provided misguided answers all over the place (good thing we did not follow or it would have cost us more). At the end, we cancelled the transaction. They were rude. Kept giving the run around. Kept changing their misguided directions/solutions with no accountability or care.
