Tara Huk at Laurier Du Vallon is the best travel advisor in the business. She looks after the very sensitive business of moving musicians around as well as my precious family. I used to think that booking my own flights online was much cheaper. After working with Aaron Levine, I never want to book another flight without a travel agent. They find the best deals, they talk to the company on your behalf, they do things you can't as a consumer, and they don't charge a dime.Service is impeccable and quick. I never imagined that having a travel agent would be such a boon but there's no reason to have one. They're an amazing service, and the process is so much easier.

Tara was highly recommended to me by a family member who frequently books all his travel through her. I contacted tara to help plan and Coordinate all our honeymoon travel details! I cannot say enough good things about tara.. where do I even start. She handled all the travel logistics from booking all our flights, our hotel and resort accommodations and was even kind enough to arrange a private transfer from our house to the airport and from the airport to our resort. She literally handled every single detail for us. Tara often kept a close eye on us while we were away to make sure everything was going smoothly with our flights and accommodations. I booked a family group trip with Chelsey Burris in 2015 when she was at Flight Centre and I've never worked with another travel agent since. My husband and I travel twice a year from the Caribean to Europe, by land and/or sea. I rely on Chelsey for the total package, flight, accommodations, ship, car you name it. Not only does she come up with amazing itineraries, she books it, organizes us getting from point A to B with all our paperwork in order. She seems to have answers to my questions before I even ask them. Even though we've never met, I live in Burlington, and her office is in the east end she's always, always going above and beyond the call of duty, she has truly become a friend. Chelsey Burris - professional, efficient, knowledgeable, as well as personable, quick to respond, focused on financial value, and, the big one for me this trip, calm in crisis situations. She orchestrated my yearly travel from Canada to Nepal. Eventually the Covid-19 pandemic had me in a foreign country, in lock-down, with no foreign travel allowed. Then, on impossibly short notice, she found flights for me to coordinate with my evacuation flight, to get me home safely. Once I was home she negotiated medical insurance refunds, airline credits and sorted out all of this brilliantly. Did I say caring? Unstoppable? Never would I consider having anyone else with my travel plans and whole heartedly recommend her to everyone.
