Northstar Plumbing Windsor

Northstar is very quick to respond and provides timely and professional service from the owner, techs, and CSRs. We deal with commercial clients and have used Northstar in the past with great success and will continue to do so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We are very satisfied with our business with NorthStar Plumbing. They were very helpful to send a team to check the water leak in our facility even in a short notice. They did a great job in repairing the problem. The cost was also reasonable.

Hired North Star plumbing for a repair with our indoor water main valve. I received both a courtesy email and phone call before the plumber arrived. The plumber was very professional and took the time to explain the work he did. I would recommend their services.

I wouldn’t recommend Northstar unless you want your contact efforts ignored. They don’t know how to communicate professionally.-Communication on my end was fine actually. YOUR incompetent staff admit they read emails but chose to not do their job and answer them. What a shame you have such useless people working for you.

They could not reach me by phone, so I was charged $187 for a missed appointment. They didn’t email me or try to text me. They were able to send me a text asking for a review. They were able to email me an invoice. I have been using the same phone number for 12 years without fail. I have been using my email address for 20 years. According to the person spoke with on the phone it was all my fault. They don’t make mistakes at Northstar, they are very defensive if you question their approach such as texting or contacting you by email. They like to talk over you as you’re speaking when they get into defensive mode. I’d like to give them thousands of dollars to complete the work I need done, but I’m just not smart enough to work within their guidelines and accommodate everything they need. They have a lot of terrific reviews from much smarter customers and I’m that joker that it is trying to screw them.

Re: shutoff valve leakThis was the first time I used Northstar Plumbing and I would recommend them to anyone. My usual plumber said they were short handed and not currently taking any new jobs. I had seen Northstar trucks around and decided to try them. I was not disappointed. Reception was friendly and able to give me a next day appointment. Even when my usual plumber was available, it was always a 2 week wait for anything. I needed the inside shut off valve for the outside water supply replaced (original to the 1950s and a leaky mess!) Rob was very efficient and replaced the inside shutoff as well as the outside one in less than an hour. No more leaking and it is so much easier to turn on and off. Thanks for the good work!

I had a blockage in one of our sinks drain. They used an eel to clear out the blockage. They were on time and the job was done within a half hour. Very professional and cleaned up the mess afterwards. He added a clean-out when he put everything back. Great service and polite. I will use Northstar again . Thank-you so much.

Northstar plumbing responded in a timely fashion to a call regarding a leaky toilet. The work was performed flawlessly and at a reasonable price, with a thorough clean-up. MIstakes made by the previous shoddy contractor were corrected, and now my bathroom plumbing is better than ever.

Northstar Plumbing is always fast and courteous. Whether it’s the lady in the office or the technician that comes to your home, they are always nice. They never leave a mess and do great work. Highly recommend!
