The employees are extremally helpful and knowledgeable about the items in their respective department. The management of this store is doing something very well, because the service is excellent throughout the store. However, I must highlight that Mody (Kitchen Design) and Marc (Customer Service) are exceptionally helpful and always welcoming the customer with a big smile. I actually have a Reno Depot that is only 3 km from my home, but the service at Home Depot is so much better, that I will travel the extra 10 km any day, to bring my business to this store.Thank you.

I bought some power tools online and selected curbside pickup. I got there and notified I was in the parking lot. It took over 30 minutes for someone to come out of the store. I tried going inside several times but customer service had a huge line and I didn't want to be in line in case they came out to the car. I called the store at least 6 times and nobody ever answered.Curbside service is supposed to be convenient and save time. It would have been faster to walk in the store and get what I wanted next time I will just get the same tool from Amazon.

This place is my second home, I must go there probably 3-4 times a week. Good quality products, better than Rona. Service is great if you go during the week. Weekend is a hit or miss, can't tell why. Depends on the employee I guess.

Went to get a custom window quote from here and was helped by Mamadou. He went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions. It was an easy process and will be returning soon to finalize.

The cashier nearly dropped a microwave on my small children, and I asked her to apologize to my kids and she refused. The manager, Najib Belmabkhout, came over when he was requested. I asked if she would apologize for what she did, and he told me that she wouldn't do something like this. It was only after I verified that she wasn't going to apologize that she finally did. In this, Najib had broken one of the items I was planning on buying. I told him to get me a replacement, and he then told me that I was the problem. I took my kids out of the shopping cart, and Najib touched both of them. I had to forcibly tell him to take his hands off of my children. We left the store.I immediately called the store and was greeted by a manager that refused to provide her name. It was only when I asked if it was Home Depot's policy to not give their name when a manager that she identified herself as Karine. Karine assured me that there is no one higher than her that I could speak to, and that they are not in the practice of asking employees to be acountable for their actions. I was astonished and let her know that this wasn't satisfactory. At that time, Karine told me that I was the problem. I could tell that Najib's attitude was directly reflective of the chain of management, expressed by Karine.After the call, I wasn't satisfied, so I called back to see if I could get Karine's last name or a number for a head office. Karine was now answering the phones and refused. She told me to Google the number if I wanted it. Again, I asked if it was Home Depot's policies she was following or if she was doing her own thing. At that point she provided me with the phone number and identified Eric Demers as the General Director. I have since learned that Karine is Karine Gougeon, the assistant director.All of this because a cashier was in too much of a rush to respect the safety of two small children.

The service i get there is pretty good compared to the anemic service that seems the new norm nowadays. They are so confident they are good that even if they don't have the specific brand they want they will just plainly tell you to go to their competitor, and that, for some reason makes me trust their service even more. I always go to home depot first. Their employees feel like good people that are not forced through corporate molds.

I typically recommend Home Depot over other hardware store but today changed my mind. I asked for a specific garden hose that the website said they had 61 in stock. When I asked for help locating it, I was told they are on a pallet over aisle 31 and that everyone who is capable over bringing it down is busy. I was told to buy another hose instead. I went to customer service and was told the same thing.

I get most of my work materials from Home Depot. I work as a contractor you can check my business.Some staff are very nice and friendly and they like to help, some are really rude.genuinely, Baseline branch is my favourite.I would also thank Gery one of the best staff there.So helpful every single time I see him there and he loves to help everyone.Sometimes, if you buy from Amazon, Canadian Tire..etc the same product could be cheaper.If you care about how much you spend.

I ordered a Ryobi Pressure washer on line, for pick up at this location. When I came to pick my order, I first went to the department that my Ryobi pressure washer was being display for sale. An employee named Jean Albert greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I was picking up my order and I was curious if a extension wand was included in the pressure washer kit as I also was getting a surface cleaner along with my pressure washer. He stated he was not certain but went thru the box details with me to check. He also stated that a Ryobi rep was in the store and he could help me order an extension as they were none available in the store. Jean went to find the rep for me. Jean explained that my order was at the service desk and offered to accompany me there. I found Jean extremely helpful, friendly and eager to provide outstanding customer service. In all my years shopping at this location, Jean by far has been the most helpful and friendly employee that I have had the pleasure of being served by. He strives to give the best customer service possible and is indeed an asset to this department.

Usually has what I need, usually has someone knowledgeable to assist me. I do have the luxury of not having to shop here on Saturday or Sunday, so I avoid doing so. Might affect the 5-star rating....
