Had an appointment to clean out our grease trap. They didn't show up or call. Got voicemail when I called them.

This is the worst company I have come across.I had a schedule appointment for the Grease cleaning at my restaurant and no one showed up.So unprofessional.These guys should get Zero Stars.

Solid 2 stars, sometimes shows up, sometimes ghosts for months.

1. They broken my fire sprinkler mount, it was attached on the wall. And health inspector came to my restaurant, he asks me to fix it right away, otherwise i have to close my restaurant.2. and then those guys said someone will call me to book an appointment to fix the sprinkler but i never got a call from them.3. When they wash my hood, they melt the plastic bags in my fryer, as the picture above. It waste 2 bucket of oil, one bucket is $22 dollars.4. After the cleaning , the ventilation has very low sucking efficiency, because one set of mounting hardware lost.5. There are 2 layers of racks for my hood. They didn’t put it back properly. hence the hood is making a big noise.their employee are NOT trained properly at all. I paid $551 to them, and now, i have to spent another $300 to fix it, and they did not even answer my calls or reply my email.worst service ever, worst company.

dont hire them to do anything for you, just not worth it.
