Very bad experience. We went to shopping with our 3 yrs old, and put his winter jacket on the shelf while checked the electric cars. Later on, as he wanted to see another toys, we walked away from the shelf, and when we went back, to pick it up, the jacket just disappeared. We asked help from the staff as well from the manager, but they didn't really try their best to help us .Next day we wrote an email to them, but no answer at all, since more than a week. We even went back next day, but happened the same, seemed like they don't care our problems at all.We re very disappointed.

Such amazing service at this location every single time I go. Shout to the wonderful employees who run the balloon inflating stand!!!Update about a year later... Seriously this place took a turn for the worse. Super rude front customer service lady at the front who now refuses to inflate balloons that are purchased elsewhere.

Wish I grew up in North America to have Toys R Us and all the toys available.Great selection of different toys from famous Lego sets like Harry Potter, Star Wars, Frozen to Paw Patrol sections and more.Family parking available. Easily accessible.Staff is usually friendly and polite.The only thing it is hard to find someone to get help, you need to walk half of the store.

They have a great selection for all ages for boys and girls! Love this store and kids love going to it. The outside is run down but the inside is very clean.

I initially gave 1 star because I had a really bad experience. But then was contacted by Vartan the store manager and I have to admit wow! Great customer service, he went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. He kept me updated on how his searches were going and he pulled through. I am beyond happy and impressed by such amazing service from the store manager. Thank you so much for all your help and dedication to offer a fantastic customer service and find the items I was looking for. We are long time customers and we will continue to be. A million thanks Vartan.

Went there for birthday gifts for a little one. Was shopping around when there was a bunch of high school kids running around making a disturbance and one was riding a bike/cart thing and hit into me. I told him it wasn’t a jungle gym or a playground and watch out. His friends came over and started yelling inappropriate remarks at us. A worker walked by and started laughing and didn’t do anything. Super disappointed in the staff for not watching out for these kids causing a disturbance. I’d give 0 stars if possible

So nice to see a big box store feel like a community store! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Shout out to Jam for going the extra mile and being so attentive. Had such good service from him that I had to tell the manager.

ToysRUs Angrinion.Price on shelf 9.99$, at check out 34$. ToysRUs violating Scanner Price code misleading customers displaying lower price. On the shelf. I asked manager Patty to sell me the item for the price displayed on the shelf as otherwise ToysRUs violates the Code they claim to follow. She refused. Never going to the store again.Scanner price accuracy policy states –-if the scanned price is higher than the shelf or advertised price, the lower price will be honoured-if the correct price is $10 or less, the product is free.-if the correct price is higher than $10, there is a discount of $10 off.
