This is my new favorite SAAQ. Definitely worth the drive. After spending 45 minutes in line only to be told I didn't have the proper paperwork (my fault) at the Hull location, I definitely wasn't about to go back for round 2. I went to the Buckingham location, walked in the door, went right to the counter, talked to a super friendly person, and was done and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I went around 7:20pm on a Thursday. Easy 5 stars. If you read the negative comments, they don't apply to this place at all and should be disregarded.

Not sure why so many bad reviews...went by at lunch on a weekday and there was no line at all. One person at the counter. I was done within 5 minutes. I have never had service that fast at any SAAQ outlet ever (or in Ont or NB either). Anywhere else you expect 30 min to 1 hour wait. Absolutely no complaints.

Well they work for themselves, not for us, their working hours are not suitable to accommodate customers. Then again it is governmental,made to accommodate their employees not the public (who is paying for it), they should be open like the stores hours. You have to book off a days work to get service from them.

I don't think they like people from ontario. Booked a day off to get things done here, wasted my day. Didn't help at all.

No cell phone calls will be accepted .The SAAQ is an essentiel gouverment obligation to enssure our transportation.They prohibite cell phone calls and public phones and they close there doors.
