Great coffee shop. Great coffee! They also have decent selection of baked goods. They won me over with their made to order breakfast sandwiches that you customize! You choose what bread and fillings that go into your breakfast sandwich. Great decor and decent indoor space. They also have outdoor seating. Friendly baristas.

Good coffee, tasty breakfast sandwich, chill vibe, and friendly staff made today’s experience a wonderful one. I was busy running virtual meetings here and it was bustling but quiet enough to have a pleasant conversation. Will definitely repeat.

I love this coffee place! The coffee is really good!!! The environment is nice! The staff are friendly (but I wish they did ask me if I wanted a large cup for additional 50 cents) but next time I know!!! Will definitely come back!!! Highly recommend it!

What an absolute pleasure to have stopped here today for breakfast and a coffee. The people are extremely pleasant and professional. The sandwich was unreal. And the coffee top notch. I had a 4 shot americano misto with oat milk. I recommend.

Delicious coffee, but I gotta give 3 stars for the following reasons: service and menu. Service was poor, looked like the girls were either short on staff or just unhappy to be there. I bought a cookie that I never got, only realized after I got home that I paid for something that was never given to me. Menu is extremely lame, there’s very few options of things to eat and one of the items I ordered I couldn’t get because they were out of croissants. We wanted a decent breakfast and that’s definitely not what you’re gonna find here. I do understand that a lot of places are struggling to maintain quality business during pandemic, but please make it very clear that your menu is smaller or your service has changed whatever updates you guys have, social media is great for that. Sanitizing is great but it’s not enough to keep customers coming back. Don’t recommend it, it’s getting harder everyday to get a decent brunch experience in East Van.

Friendly staff, great service, and amazing coffee. It can get pretty busy during weekends but I like to come in a grab a cup of coffee and some pastries.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some good coffee around the area!

Kind, considerate and easy-going staff. Not cheap but the clean aesthetic, above average quality coffee and food (for a cafe) and professionalism help justify it. Not somewhere I can afford to frequent, but definitely makes great espresso and EASILY the best breakfast sandwich in the Knight/Kingsway/Fraser neighbourhood.

I decided to buy a glass carafe from Pallet as I like to try to support small businesses. There was clearly a quality defect with the product as a couple months after purchasing I took the lid off and the edge cracked. I went to talk to them in store and in store staff told me it was a common problem and I should contact head office for a refund. Head office has so far refused to refund it or provide store credit and says that in store staff should never have said that. It is clearly a quality defect as one should be able to take the lid on and off (seriously that’s its whole purpose…) without it cracking the container a couple months after purchasing - see photo attached. There goes $40 for nothing. Super disappointing because I really like Pallets coffee, food and in store staff. I really wanted to support them but I would highly recommend against and warn anyone not to buy products here. Poor quality and poor customer service related to in store products.
