I will only go on the bar side as i have only had terrible service on the family side. We go around 7 due to work times and they are normally out of half the menu. The service on the bar side is great and the food we have tried is pretty alright

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. The steak is highly recommended. Cooked perfectly every time we go! A little diamond in the rough!!

So Vitos is a fantastic place to eat when Mark is on the grill. They have the best pizza in town, and their other offerings are quite good. The only issue, which has been constant, is the front line waiting staff. There is a continuous turnover, and the attitudes and attentiveness of the wait staff can be poor. As this aspect of the dining experience is a huge part of how one experiences their meal, it certainly impacts the way a person either enjoys their meal or doesn't. Vitos, please use a more effective screening process when hiring your servers.

This pizza was truly the best we have had! The crust was PERFECT, cheese was generous, and fresh, sauce had perfect tangy taste. This is authentic pizzeria pizza. Portions were huge, and the price was very reasonable. The service from staff was warm and friendly, with great attentiveness shown.

Nice family restaurant in Vegreville. They were super busy after the RCMP Musical Ride on a Friday night so the food took a little longer to get to us but was definately worth the wait. Three of us had the steak sandwich with baked potato and they were perfect. Another had the ribs which were awesome also and finally the boy had a 10 pepperoni pizza. The service was exceptional under the circumstances
