Purchased a vehicle in September. Less than two weeks later car wouldn't start. They changed out battery ( not sure why it wasn't already done). By October it started not starting again. Then began to notice gas leaking on the ground. Had it checked out by a mechanic and was told the entire top of gas tank rotted out and needed a new fuel pump. Notified them and was told we should contact their mechanic. Why should we have to pay for this when it should have been caught during safety. The car continues to not start and NO ONE wants to take responsibility!!!!!

Richard was so incredibly nice and gave me all the details I needed to know about the cars I was interested in. I had my eyes on a car that wasnt even listed yet, but it was one I really liked. Richard went ahead and made sure it was ready to go for a few days later when I was going to test drive it and bring it to my own mechanic for a check over. He also encouraged me to do this so I was comfortable with my purchase. Ended up buying this vehicle and was able to drive away insured and licensed the same day I test drove it. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I looked EVERYWHERE for a car for almost 2 years. As soon as I saw the car on the website, I immediately messaged them. I got a QUICK response and Gerry even sent me the car proof report as soon as I asked for it, no hesitations or questions asked. Gerry went ABOVE AND BEYOND and helped me with everything. I had so many questions and Gerry immediately answered me with quick responses. Richard was also very helpful with any questions I had. My car bought from them was perfect and there was NO issues at all. The staff there was also extremely helpful and friendly. I am 100% happy with my purchase from Windsor Pre-Owned and I love my car! Was pretty skeptical about this dealership at first because there were only a few online reviews on Google but I'm glad I went to them because they're the most honest car dealership I've ever been to and they were also vouched for by our mechanic, as well as the MTO.I got a 2009 Nissan Rogue from Richie and Gerry and they handled everything professionally and ensured that the car they sold me was in A1 condition. They go above and beyond compared to every other car dealership I've been to. Legit super friendly staff and super great service.

Recently bought a car from here, good car overall but needed a bit of work. Had a moderate issue with the car after purchasing it but they picked my car up for me while I was at work and had the issue dealt with. No other issues with the car since. I am happy with my purchase.
