Dr.Chan and his team are amazing. Super friendly. I've only really had to wait in the waiting area once and that was only for maximum 10 minutes.The receptionists are always friendly. Clinic is super clean which is important in the scheme of COVID.I trust Dr.Chan's recommendations as he details why he would want to perform a certain procedure.I also enjoy the electronic reminders - via text and email - of upcoming appointments!Overall, always a great experience.

I went in today at 11 a.m. for bonding on my front tooth as some of it had come off yesterday.First off, his clinic ambiance is child-friendly and bright. It’s a clean office and the staff are pleasant. His receptionist is very helpful in that she is able to contact your insurance to inform you of your coverage.I booked an appointment with Dr. Wallace Chan after reading all the good reviews about him on here. I must say those reviews are true! He was knowledgeable, competent and helpful. He did a great job on the bonding! He also advised me accordingly of any upcoming dental issues after conducting a full examination. As someone previously mentioned here, the needle I got didn’t hurt either.Dr. Chan definitely did justice to the good reviews of him written here. I would definitely recommend him. In fact, I’m going back next week for cleaning with him.

What a wonderful team at Copper Creek Dental! They are all so kind and patient with my young children, which gives me so much peace as a mother. First visit and the kids said they wanted to go back. Dr. Chan was so pleasant and even took time to chat with my husband after the appointment. Wish I found them sooner. Highly recommend them!

My family and I have been attending Copper Creek Dental for the past year and have found Dr. Chan and his staff very friendly. All of us have had great experiences for all three of our visits. Dr. Chan works well with young children and is very accommodating and understanding, making our kids' first experience at the dentist pleasant.They were careful to check our benefits ahead of providing any services. They explained how to get the most out of the benefits available to us and were careful to warn us if any of the services would fall outside of our coverage.We were all very pleased and highly recommend Copper Creek Dental.Keep up the great work!

Great Service!Dr Chan was amazing!He provided a thorough examination and identified what was causing me pain and explained and showed me his findings. He fixed the problem!The dental staff are very friendly and accommodating.Also, I have never had such a good cleaning; my teeth have never felt so smooth and without any pain. The cleaning was incredibly gently for the amazing results.

Everyone here is amazing! My son is terrified of seeing doctors but they were able to convince him to go and he’s willing to go back for his next visit! Dr Chan and his staff did a great job!

Copper Creek Dental is excellent. I have been coming here for about a year and a half and they have been fantastic - professionally guiding my family through a number of dental issues as well as being excellent caregivers when it comes to regular service. Very friendly staff, doctor and Hygienist are very sociable and great at making you feel at ease and comfortable. The office is very clean and equipped with the most modern dental equipment.
