Most of the staff are quite friendly, one in particular was very rude to me. Back story is I'm pregnant and had to do a sugar test which I had an appointment for. The lady that took me in said not to throw up because the test would be void and they'd have to restart, I can't control when and if I'm going to puke which I ended up doing because of the glucose drink they give because of the taste and mostly the texture. Which she freaked over that and then tried to get ahold of my doctor to help her fill out a form to say why they couldn't finish my test. Which the lady couldn't get ahold of them so she snarkly asked if my fiance had a cell phone and said for him to call them and get ahold of them. So we at least got reception on for my doctor and a different girl, a way nicer one offered to talk to them and the snarky lady got all annoyed at us saying like, 'oh we're way too busy right now so she can't be off the floor which I understand, I worked in retail but don't be snarky with us when the other lady is the one that offered to take the call. If there is a problem with her trying to help you free up the cubicle sooner so you can get another patient in then talk to her, don't freak at us.Also tip for people going there, want to avoid the busy times? Don't go there in the morning ..or on a Friday really.

the blonde girl there is very rude, i was waiting a long time in the cubicle, so i asked what was going on and she replied with a very rude comment. they have posters up to be kind yet she was not, 1/10. definitely the same snarky girl the other reviews mention.

Brutal service, took them 30min to help each person and they took an extra long lunch break which made us wait even longer. Would give negative stars if I could.

Very efficient and organized BUT.........Younger blonde is disrespectful and rude to her fellow staff member who is east Indian. She acts the same way toward patients.Management needs to look at the daily intersections of this location and also look at the Google reviews.

Friendly efficient staff. One hint if you can avoid going upon opening you will avoid a huge line up. I've learned over time to delay my fasting for blood work and go in around 10 am. If you can last that long but as I said if you time yourself accordingly it can be done. Most times when I go at 10 the office is empty as the opening crowd has been dealt with.
