First visit to the store, found nice customer service and saw some handmade decor stuff which is really nice and good price. Compare to big box store of city this home hardware is really good.

This place is fantastic. Staff are friendly, quick and knowledgeable. It is rare for me to head here and them not have what I am looking for and if they don't they bring it in for you. In Melville this is also the Purolator Pick-up/drop off point.( 2*6 board was made to as part of the grand reopening of the building center. )

Everytime I go there and ask for assistance, especially when I want to get in and out they start helping you then leave you for a different customer. Or when there helping they take a phone call and help the person and never come back to you.. when I phone I'm always told they will call me back that's usually the next day or 2. Why do I have to be put on a call wait when I'm in the store they answer the phone to right away. Very disorganized.
